Description
7The invention relates to rock. destructive tool, namely, drill bits, mainly for drilling frozen soils. The known drill bit for frozen soils, including the body and the cutting blades with a bore hole. The disadvantage of this is the high energy intensity of the breakdown, due to the fact that the drilling is carried out by solid slaughter. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a drill crown, which includes an annular working body with incisors and a removable center cone in the form of a cone, mounted in the upper part of the working body and attached to the supporting ribs connected to the working body 2. The disadvantage of this crown is low work efficiency when drilling frozen soils with the content of solid inclusions. This is associated with significant energy losses when a non-rotating kernolom is introduced into the ground. The purpose of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the drill bit during drilling of frozen soils with hard inclusions. This goal is achieved by the fact that the cone is rigidly connected to the supporting ribs and reinforced with cutting elements. FIG. 1 shows a drill crown in section, general view; in FIG. 2, VIEW A in FIG. 1. Burov crown contains an annular working body 1 with incisors 2 on the lower end, supporting the ribs 3, rigidly connected to the working Orgv. No. 1 and provided with inclined, fitted k teeth, and a cone-shaped kernol 5 with cutting elements 6. The cone S is rigidly connected to the supporting ribs 3 through the node 7
8.to which the transporting body is rigidly fixed 8.
The presence of an assembly 7 allows the taper 5 to be made and the Transport Body 8 removable.
When the tool rotates and feeds it to the bottomhole, an annular tool body 1 (FIG. 1) with cutters 2 enters the ground, resulting in a cylindrical core in the ground, separated from the main body. When the cutting depth is approximately equal to the height of the annular space of the working body 1, the cone 5 comes into operation with the cutting elements 6, the cone 5, simultaneously rotating with the annular working body 1 ,. with its cutting elements 6, it cuts into a cylindrical core separated from the main body and, thanks to its conical shape, splits it like a wedge. Upon further penetration of the drill bit, the teeth 4, mounted on the cutting edges of the supporting ribs 3, which, working in semi-blocked cutting mode, finally destroy the split cylindrical core into large fractions, remove them from the annular space and direct it to the blade. Further transportation of the destroyed soil is carried out by the transporting body 8, for example, by a screw.
Mounting the cone 5 above the ring tool 1 allows the most efficient development of frozen
грунты, так как скол образовавшегос керна происходит с наименьшими энергетическими потер ми отсутствует заштыбовка кольцевого вруба, так как керн вышел из кольцевого пространства рабочего органа;.the soils, since the cleavage of the formed core occurs with the least energy losses; there is no gouging of the ring cut, as the core came out of the working space of the working body ;.
Installing a cone 5, which has cutting elements 6 and acts as a logger for supporting ribs 3, facilitates its most efficient introduction into frozen ground and the destruction of the core. The rigid attachment of cone 5 simplifies the design and operation of the drill bit and increases its reliability (especially when drilling crowns in vibratory mode) and, consequently, its effectiveness.
