(54) ТРЕХФАЗНАЯ ОБМОТКА Изобретение относитс к полюсопереключаемым обмоткам переменного тока и может быть использовано при изготовлении двухскоростных асинхрон ных машин. Извесны двухскоростные обмотки двухслойные с отношением чисел полюсов 2-4 l. Однако автоматизации укладки этих обмоток затруднена из-за того, что катушки обмоток расположены в дух сло х. Наиболее близкой к предлагаемой по технической суш,ности вл етс двухскоростна обмотка с отношением чисел полюсов 4К:2К, выполн ема дву слойной в числе пазов 18К и пересоедин ема по схеме Даландера при сопр жени х фа зД . Основным недостатком этой обмотки / вл етс сложность осуществлени мех низированной укладки в св зи с ее двухслойньм исполнением. Кроме того обмотка отличаетс низким обмоточным коэффициентом (,832) на большом числе полюсов и, соответственно, завышенньп значением тока намагничивани двигател , а также неблагопри тными соотношением индукцрш в воздушном зазоре, составл ющим 1.536. Цель изобретени - упрощение технологии укладки и повышение использовани активных материалов. Цель достигаетс тем, что трехфазна обмотка с переключением чисел полюсов в отношении 4К:2К по схеме Л/ХХ укладываема в 18К пазах, выполн етс одно-двухслойной, состо щей из 6К концентрических катушечных групп. Кажда катушечна группа содержит малую и большую катушки. Большие катушки выполн ютс с шагом и занимают весь объем паза, малые катушки - с шагом у 3 и занимают половину объема паза.(54) THREE-PHASE WINDING The invention relates to pole-switched AC windings and can be used in the manufacture of two-speed asynchronous machines. The goal is achieved by the fact that the three-phase winding with the switching of the numbers of poles in the ratio of 4K: 2K according to the L / XX scheme is laid in 18K slots; a single-double layer consisting of 6K concentric coil groups is performed. Each coil group contains a small and a large coil. Large coils are made in increments and occupy the entire volume of the groove, small coils in increments of 3 and occupy half the volume of the groove.
