(54) CAPACITIVE SENSOR
St. No. 348953 a capacitive sensor is known, consisting of two electrodes and a screen, the electrodes are connected to the primary winding of a transformer, the secondary down-winding of which can be connected to the measuring circuit, while the transformer is located inside the screen f I. The disadvantage of this sensor is that when measuring mechanical quantities, in particular small linear and angular displacements, an error occurs due to the transverse displacement of the movable electrode. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the measured 11 linear and angular displacements. The goal is achieved by the fact that the capacitive sensor is equipped with an additional electrode installed between the main ones that can be moved in the longitudinal direction and electrically connected to the midpoint of the primary winding of the transformer. The drawing shows a diagram of the sensor. The capacitive sensor contains electrodes 1-3, a transformer 4 with a secondary winding consisting of two symmetrical sections 5 and 6, and a primary winding 7 and screen 8. The sensor works as follows. When the supply voltage is applied to the primary winding of the transformer 4 in sections 5 and 6 of the secondary winding of the transformer and on the electrodes 1-3, a alternating voltage occurs. With the longitudinal movement of the electrode 2 connected to the object being monitored, the overlap areas change, respectively, with the fixed electrodes 1 and 3. As a result, the capacitances between the electrodes 1-3, whose magnitude is transformed into the primary transformer A, change. But the impedance change court of displacement t
