Description
(54) RESISTANT MATERIAL
The invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular, resistor engineering, and can be used as a conductive layer for thin film resistors and for elements of circuits produced by the method of ion-plasma spraying. Resistive materials based on refractory metals and their compounds used for the preparation of thin films by the method of ion-plasma spraying, for example, Gr-Si, Gr-SiO2 1 are known. A disadvantage of resistive films obtained from these materials is the high TX (temperature coefficient resistance) (± 3000-5000-10 / ° C) and the reproducibility of the results is poor. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is an alloy of 2 chromium silicon and tungsten, which contains, wt.% Chromium 52-60 Silicon 34-47 Tungsten 1-6 resistors have TKS up to + 180010 1 / ° С and specific resistivity up to 50 Ohm / n. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of resistivity values and reduce the temperature coefficient of resistance. The goal is achieved by adding manganese dioxide to a resistive material consisting of chromium, tungsten and silicon, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Tungsten Silicon Dioxide 2-30 manganese Else Introduction to a known resistive material manganese dioxide allows reduce the TKS of the obtained resistive films, expand the range of their specific resistances, maintain over the entire range the high stability of their properties over time at ambient temperatures of up to + 200 ° C.
Кроме того, введение MuOj способствует стеклообразованию, что позвол ет получать более прочные MHUjeHH дл ионно-плазменного напылени .In addition, the introduction of MuOj promotes glass formation, which makes it possible to obtain more durable MHUjeHH for ion-plasma spraying.
