II
The invention relates to highly sensitive measuring devices for determining the composition of a gas and can be used in gas analyzers such as flame ionization, flame photometric, and others, which use an auxiliary gas, such as hydrogen.
1.A flame ionization gas analyzer is known, which contains the supply lines of the gas to be analyzed and the auxiliary gas, pressure regulators installed on these lines, and recorders 1.
The disadvantage of this gas analyzer is the substantial dependence of the readings on changes in various influencing factors: auxiliary gas consumption, such as hydrogen consumption, atmospheric pressure, temperature, changes in the elastic properties of the springs and membrane of the auxiliary gas pressure regulator, and wear of the throttling elements of the regulator.
2.The closest to the technical essence of the invention is a gas analyzer containing a detector, for example of a flame ionization type, a supply line for the analyzed gas, including a sample suction unit, a pressure regulator and pneumatic resistances, a supply line for auxiliary gas, for example hydrogen, installed in series pressure regulator and pneumatic resistance; measuring amplifier at the output of the detector; and a recording device 2.
The disadvantage of the known gas analyzer is the substantial measurement error occurring when the flow rate of hydrogen, atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature changes.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the analysis by taking into account the effect of changes in the flow rate of the auxiliary gas, atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature. This goal is achieved by the fact that the gas analyzer further comprises a correction amplifier whose input is connected to the output of the measuring amplifier and the output is connected to the recording amplifier. device, and a compensating device, made in the form of a differential pressure sensor, the first pneumatic output of which is connected to the detector through one connection pneumatic resistance in the auxiliary gas line; a second pneumatic output through another connection is connected to the atmosphere; the electrical output of the pressure differential pressure sensor is connected to the feedback circuit of the corrective amplifier; In addition, the pneumatic resistance in the auxiliary gas line is equipped with a thermostat. The drawing shows the block diagram of the detector. The gas analyzer consists of a flame ionization detector 1 with a source of polarizing voltage 2, supply line 3 of the analyzed gas and combustion air, supply line k of an auxiliary gas, for example hydrogen. There are 3 analisirues on the line. A sample suction device is installed in the wash gas, including a filter 5, a pump 6, a pressure regulator 7 of the sample being analyzed, and a pneumatic one. The electrical resistances 8, 9. On the supply line k of the auxiliary gas, a pressure regulator 10 and a thermostatically controlled pneumatic resistance 1 1 are installed. To the output of the flame ionization detector 1, a measuring amplifier 12, a correction amplifier 13 with resistors 14 and 15 are connected to the feedback circuit and A compensating device made in the form of a differential pressure sensor 1b with a bellows 17 and fittings 18 and 19. A recording device 20 is turned on at the output of the gas analyzer. The gas analyzer operates as follows. Auxiliary gas (hydrogen) enters through line t to the input of pressure regulator 10, which stabilizes the flow of hydrogen through pneumatic resistance 11. Hydrogen then enters the flame ionization detector 1. Detector 1 is fed through line 3 5. for burning. When it enters the hydrogen flame, the hydrocarbon molecules in the sample are ionized. A polarizing voltage from source 2, applied to the electrodes of detector 1, ensures the flow of an ionization current, the value of which is proportional to the concentration of hydrocarbon in the sample of gas being analyzed. The ionization current is amplified by an electrometric measuring amplifier. 12, the output of which is fed to the non-inverting input of the correction amplifier 13, where its value is multiplied by the conversion factor K, determined by the ratio of the resistances of the resistors and 15. For a sufficiently large gain factor of the amplifier 13 K g the difference in pressure between the point of the pneumatic depy after the hydrogen pressure regulator and the atmosphere. As the flow rate of hydrogen increases, the electrical signal increases at the output measuring amplifier 12. Simultaneously, pressure increases at the output of the hydrogen pressure regulator 10. This pressure sensor 16 senses through pressure fitting 19. Pressure increase from fitting 19 causes the bellows 17 to deform in such a way that the output resistance of pressure difference sensor 16 decreases, leads to a change in the coefficient of the converter of the correction amplifier 13 and, ultimately, to the correction of the readings of the recording device 20. Similarly, the gas analyzer works with decreasing enii flow vo.g Orodes. The measurement also changes the flow rate of hydrogen and the ionization efficiency of the detector, caused by a change in atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature. In this case, the readings of the gas analyzer are adjusted in the same way. Additional stabilization of the hydrogen flow rate is achieved by temperature control of the pneumatic resistance 11 in line 4 of the auxiliary gas.
The economic effect from the implementation of the invention will be 3.3, thousand rubles per year.
