Изобретение относитс к загрузочным -устройствам, используемым дл по дачи заготовок в зону обработки. Известно устройство дл поштучной разборки пакета длинномерных изделий содержащее бункер и дозирующий блок в виде толкател и отводного ската 1П . Наиболее близким по технической сущности к изобретению вл етс устройство дл поштучной разборки па:кета заготовок, содержащее накопитель и дозирующий блок с толкателем, уста новленньп в направл ющих перпеццикул рно к длине изделий 2. Однако в известных устройствах ди пазон сечений подаваемых заготовок ограничен из-за неизменной ширины то кател . Цель изобретени - расширение диапазона сечений подаваемых заготовок . Поставленна цель достигаетс за счет того, что в устройстве дл поштучной разборки пакета заготовок, содержащем накопитель и дозирующий блок с толкателем, установленным в направл ющих перпендикул рно к длине изделий , дозирукиций блок выполнен из набора пластин с наклонными торцами, соедин емых ползунами. На фиг. 1 схематично изображено предлагаемое устройствоj вид сбоку{ на фиг. 2 - схема выдачи ЗАГОТОВОК, меньших по сечению; на фиг. 3 - то же, больших по сечению; на фиг.; 4- разрез А-А на фиг. 2. Устройство содержит последовательно размещенные накопитель 1, дозирующий блок 2, состо щий из набора пластин 3, соединенных ползунами 4 и образующих толкатель 5, установленный в направл ющих перпендикул рно к длине изделий и приводимый в движение силовым цилиндром 6, и отводной скат 7. За отводным скатом 7 .расположен рольганг 8. Позицией 9 обозначены заготовки.This invention relates to boot-up devices used to deliver workpieces to a treatment area. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of sections of the supplied blanks. This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the device for single-piece disassembly of a package of blanks containing a hopper and a metering unit with a pusher installed in the guides perpendicular to the length of the products, the dosage unit is made of a set of plates with inclined ends connected by sliders. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed devicej side view {in FIG. 2 - the scheme of issuance of blankets, smaller in cross section; in fig. 3 - the same, large in cross section; in fig .; 4 is a section A-A in FIG. 2. The device comprises a sequentially disposed accumulator 1, a metering unit 2 consisting of a set of plates 3 connected by sliders 4 and forming a pusher 5 mounted in guides perpendicular to the length of the products and driven by a power cylinder 6, and a diversion ramp 7. Behind the slope 7, the roller table 8 is located. Position 9 denotes blanks.
