Description

Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к офтальмологии, и касаетс  имплантатов, примен емых в хирургических операци х при отслойке сетчатки .The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and concerns implants used in surgical operations for retinal detachment.

D.A known implant for scleroplastic operations in retinal detachment, made of silicone rubber, contains a soft splint with a channel for a circulatory tape D.

However, the known implant has an open profile of the socket in the tire, which complicates the surgeon's manipulations in laying the tape into the tunnel and impairs further fixation on the eye block. The use of a known implant may result in injury to the eye block due to the fact that the tire is made of solid silicone rubber.

The aim of the invention is to improve the fixation of the implant and the reduction of eye injury.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in an implant for scleroplastic, surgical procedures for retinal detachment made of silicone rubber containing a soft tire with a channel for a circulating tape, a channel with a cross-section corresponding to the cross-section of the circulating tape, is located inside the tire, and its outer The surface is covered with textile fiber.

1.FIG. 1 shows an implant for scleroplastic operations for retinal detachment, a general view; in FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. one.

3.The implant made of silicon organic rubber contains a soft tire 1 with channel A for circulating tape 2, and channel A has a section corresponding to the section of circulating tape and is located inside tire 1, the outer surface of which is covered with textile fiber 3.

Claims (1)

1977.The implant is applied as follows. Tire 1, tape 2 are freely fixed together in a single set, that allows the surgeon to easily move them relative to each other through the through channel A to the required position, making it easier to fix the implant on the eye block. Reinforcing the outer surface of the tire with a textile fiber 3 will give it strength, while the surface in contact with the eye block is kept soft. The stitching of the soft tire t to the sclera can be carried out in a known manner by passing the thread through the textile fiber 3, which prevents the tire from breaking by one thread. The proposed implant was used to treat retinal detachment in B2 patients. Complications during operations and in the postoperative period:, e was. Fitted detached retina was noted in 2% of cases. Thus, the use of the proposed implant increases the reliability of its fixation 04, reduces tissue trauma and accelerates the time of the operation itself, which facilitates and speeds up the treatment. Claims of the Invention An implant for scleroplastic operations in retinal detachment, made of silicone rubber, contains a soft splint with a channel for a circulatory tape, characterized in that, in order to improve the fixation of the implant and reduce trauma to the eye, a channel with a cross-section corresponding to tape, located inside the tire, the outer surface of which is covered with textile fiber.
