Description
Known composition for tapping pine, including concentrated sulfuric acid 1. A disadvantage of the known composition is that sulfuric acid is delayed in a small amount during a rest, the rest of it drains from the surface of the sections, which leads to a decrease in the intensity and duration of the resin sector. In addition, the use of concentrated sulfuric acid requires adherence to special safety regulations. There is also a known composition for tapping pine, which includes a resin-release stimulator, an organic solvent, and emulsifiers, in which sulfuric acid 2 is used as a stimulator. However, the resin’s duration and intensity is not effective enough, as it rapidly crystallizes. and clogged pores. resin moves. The output of gum because of this is low. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield and the duration of the expiration of the resin. The goal is achieved by the fact that, as a stimulant, the distillation residue of methyl chlorosilanes is used in the following ratio of components, wt.%: The residue of distillation of methyl chlorosnlanes 10-34 Organic solvent The remaining residue of distillation is not; containing, wt.%:

VAT residue is a waste product and must be incinerated.
The proposed formulation is a viscous liquid with a specific odor. When applying a compound to the surface of the carrot, it interacts with the moisture of the wood with increased gaseous products, in particular hydrogen chloride, silicone products of the hydrolysis of the cubic residue
При этом вытекающа живица находитс в жидком состо нии более продолжительное врем , чем живица, полученна с использованием известного состава.are stimulants of resin formation and resin release. At the same time, the remaining acid keeps the pores of the resinous openings open, and the film forming on the surface of the preparation organosilicon retards the evaporation of turpentine resin, and hence its crystallization on the surface of the wound. This prevents the resin tunnels from blocking, and the turpentine drains easily and easily into the receiver. In this case, the resultant sap is in a liquid state for a longer time than the sap obtained using a known composition.
1.Preparation of the composition for tapping pine is carried out according to the recipe presented in Table 1.

The duration of the expiration of the resin (in days) and the output of the resin carodecylus subsurface (in g), which determine the intensity of the cleavage division, are recorded. The results of the definitions are presented in table 2. Table 2f
From the data presented in Table 2, it is clear that the proposed composition is the most effective, which allows for an increase in the yield of sap by 8–12%, and the duration of the expiration of sap — by 2-2.5 days as compared with the known composition.
In addition, compared with the well-known composition, the proposed composition better maintains the resin pine resin openings, which allows carrots to be applied no more than after 8-9 days, which, in turn, reduces the cost of manual labor in forest management. The economic effect of the proposed composition for tapping pine is about 55 p per ton of resin.
