Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к испытательной технике на трение и износ. Известно устройство дл  испытани  на ударный износ, содержащее корпус, закрепленный начнем с возможностью вертикального перемещени  образцедержатель, узел ударного нагружени  и привод вращени  узла ударного нагружени  1. Недостатком известного устройства  вл етс  сложность выполнени  узла ударного нагружени .,,, Цель изобретени  - упрощение конструкции . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что узел ударного нагружени  выполнен в виде многогранника и- подпружинен в направлении приложени  нагрузки. На фиг. 1 показано предлагаемое устройство; на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на фиг. 1. Устройство содержит корпус 1, образцедержатель 2 с испытуемым образцом 3, узел ударного нагружени , выполненный в виде многогранника 4 с приводом вращени  (не показан). Устройство работает следующим образом. Образец 3 ввод т в контакт с многогранником 4 и привод т многогранник 4 во вращение . В результате взаимодействи  образца 3 с ребрами и гран ми многогранника осуществл етс  ударный износ. Изобретение позвол ет значительно упростить конструкцию устройства. As a result of the interaction of sample 3 with edges and faces of a polyhedron, impact wear is realized. The invention significantly simplifies the design of the device.
