Порошок доходит до клапана 4 и уплотн етс  поршнем. Затем подают напр жение в обмотку возбуждени , в результате чего ферромагиитный порошок превращаетс  в монолит и сцепл етс  с полосой , прот гиваемой через щель. В результате сцеплени  острых частичек порошка с полосой на ее поверхности разрушаетс  окалина. Когда поршень гидроцилиндра отходит в крайнее правое положение, из дозатора поступает в рабочую камеру нова  порци  порошка. 1.Устройство дл  очистки поверхностей длинномерных прокатных изделий от окалины , содержащее рабочую камеру из немагнитного материала, заполненную ферромагнитным абразивным порошком и охваченную электромагнитом, а также подвижный поршень из немагнитного материала с приводом, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью очистки поверхностей широких полос, вдоль образующих цилиндрической поверхности рабочей камеры выполнены диаметрально расположенные сквозные отверсти  дл  прохождени  обрабатываемой детали.1.
