Description
The invention relates to the cellulose paper industry and may find application in the technology of making washable wallpaper. Moisture-resistant wallpaper obtained by the method of treating the surface of a wallpaper by coating a polyorganosnloxane modified with indenomericon resin A, followed by heat treatment at 200-250 sec HL is known. The disadvantages of moisture-resistant wallpaper, obtained in this way, are that the decorative properties of the printed wallpaper coating are deteriorating, the process of forming a roof is difficult, the processing costs associated with high processing temperatures are required. A wallpaper with a brilliant transparent water- and greaseproof coating is obtained, obtained by the method of treating paper with an aqueous polyvinyl acetate dispersion (PVA) by drying it with a surface moistened with ETHYL alcohol, followed by drying until evaporation of fiij alcohol. The disadvantages of this wallpaper are not enough high performance characteristics and the need for additional surface treatment of wallpaper with ethyl alcohol. The closest to the technical essence of the invention are wallpapers consisting of primed paper — a base with a pattern applied on it and a film of polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticized with dibutyl phthalate. The resin to be applied is applied in the form of granules. Melting and application of the full-mass to the wallpaper fabric is carried out at 160-175 ° C. 3. The disadvantages of this type of wallpaper are the large coating thickness, the low vapor permeability of the coating, as well as the high consumption of the starting material in the production of wallpaper and the low productivity of the film-forming process associated with the need to melt the polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) granules at a high temperature. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a thin coating with a thin coating that does not distort the decorative properties of the wallpaper, which has a high paroperdimeter and low moisture absorption. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in both consisting of primed paper — a base with a pattern applied on it and a polymer coating, the polymer coating is filled with a mixture of poly (n-acetate and polyurethane latex) at a ratio of 8: 1: 1: O ,eight. A mixture of polyvinyl acetate dispersion (PDVA) with a polyurethane latex (PUL during film formation during dressing (drying temperature 45-7 CGS) gives a spontaneously stratifying coating. This is explained by the significant difference in the aggregative stability of these latexes. The PUL forms a gel already with a relatively small degree of dehydration (residual moisture content of 35%), and PDVA - with a significant, almost complete (residual moisture content of 9%). PDVA particles are pressed, which form an independent gel-like layer already at the final stage of dehydration. Froze Prepare a formulation including weight. % PUL16 DPVA16 Unplasticized water68 The ratio of VDPA to PUL is the specified amount of PUL and VDPA to the tank with a stirrer and mix for 10 minutes. On the wallpaper containing the base paper, the soil layer and the print, the composition is applied on the basis of PU and PVA dispersions on the primer from the air 8 9.4 with a scraper, or with rollers. Coating speed - 1 m / min. At the same time, the temperature in the drying chamber is 45-7 ° C. The dry coating weight is 12-15 g / mg. PRI me R 2. In the table. Figure 1 shows the test data for the coatings. The proposed moisture-resistant wallpaper has a high vapor permeability and low moisture absorption, and in addition, a thin coating of a mixture of PVPA and PUD does not distort the decorative properties of the wallpaper.
