Изобретение относитс к промьоиленному транспорту и касаетс механизации и автоматизации погрузочно-разгрузочных работ со штучными грузами, преимущественно минераловатными плитами, а именно к устройствам дл их пакетировани . Известно устройство дл пакетировани изделий, содержащее подающий транспортер дл изделий и установленные у его выходного конца по русно расположен ные полки с толкател ми дД. Однако это устройство конструктивно сложно, трудоемко в изготовлении, монтаже , наладке и в обслуживании; его эксплу атаци требует высококвалифицированного персонала. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции устройства. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в устройстве дл пакетировани изделий сод жащет транспортер дл изделий и уста новленные у его выходного конца по рус- но расположенные полки с толкател ми, полки имеют разную ширину, увеличивающуюс на каждой следующей нижней попке на ширину, соответствующую ширине издели , при этом полки расположены наКЛО1ШО в направлении подачи на них иэделий . На фиг. 1 схематически показано устройство; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. I; на фиг. 3 - устройство в аксонометрий. Устройство дл пакетировани состсжт из конвейера с роликом 1 дл подачи иэ делий 2 кассеты 3, конечного выключател 4, цепного электрического привода 5, толкателей 6 с узлом креплени цепи 7 привода. На фиг. 2 разрез А-А изображает формирующий щит 8 и неприводной наклонный рольганг 9. Конечный выкпюча тель 10 (фиг. 1) обеспечивает ограничение хода толкателей 6. Кассета 3 состоит из наклонных, по русно расположенных полок. Устройство работает следующим образом . Издели 2, в частности минераловатные плиты, во несколько штук в р д (по ширине ленты конвейера) перемешаютс конвейером потоком с интервалом схода каждого р да во времени. Сход с ленты конвейера, издели за счет собственного веса и направленного движени попадают на полки кассеты и за счет свободного скольжени размещаютс по одному в отделени х последней. После этого от конечных выключателей 4 вступает в работу привод 5, обеспечивающий перемещение толкателей 6, закрепленных на цепи 7 привода. Толкатель , последовательно сталкива издели , досылает их до формирующего щита 8, водног°оТол ь°га°нга, -пГоииТ Г°Л , - ....,1, U оедри ВОДНОГО рольганга, где они и формируют .с в пакет. В итоге издели , сформированные в пакет, сход т по рольгангу на приемный конвейер упаковочной машины. Толкатель же возвращаетс в исходную позицию.
