1.Textured high volume yarns made from synthetic polymers are used to make a different assortment of clothing 1.
The aim of the invention is the expansion / assortment of matrices for immobilization of biologically active substances.
This goal is achieved by using, as matrices for immobilization of biologically active substances, cs, Plex textured high volume filaments from synthetic polymers.
Example 1. For an experiment on a class 10 flat-fang machine, three types are made in a single pattern: from nylon monofilament 5 texx
X 2, from nylon “5 tex x 2 kapron multifilament yarn and from 5 teks x 2 textured high volume yarn. The resulting woven cloths are thoroughly washed and then hydrolyzed in 3% hydrochloric acid. After washing with distilled water and drying in air, two samples weighing 0.1 g each are cut from each web, and all samples are activated together with glutaraldehyde. After activation, thoroughly washed with distilled water. Then the activated samples (also all together) are placed in a 1% solution of trypsin in phosphate buffer solution having a pH of 6.75 and set for incubation in the refrigerator () for 18 hours. Then the samples in bound materials are carefully washed with phosphate buffer solution and their proteolytic activity is determined. The substrate is a 1% solution of casein in phosphate buffer. The activity of the grafted enzyme is estimated by the optical density of the solution treated according to generally accepted methods. Measurements are carried out on a FEC photoelectrocolorimeter - 56, the thickness of the cuvette is 1 cm. After keeping the textile samples in a casein solution
цию повтор ют в течение п ти раз.they are removed for 2 hours, the solution is processed to measure the optical density, and the extracted samples, after thorough washing with the buffer solution, are again placed in a fresh casein solution for 2 hours and this operation-. The procedure is repeated for five times.
1.In tab. 1 shows the activity of trypsin immobilized on nylon septolabels made from 5 tex X 2 yarns (average data from two determinations for each type of sample) Example 2. In the CODE filling machine there are three samples of tubes: nylon monofilament 1.67 tex x 3 / from kapron multi-filament. 1.67 tex X 3 yarns and 1.67 tex X 3 textured nylon high volume yarn. Processing and testing of the obtained tube samples are carried out as in Example 1.
X 3.In tab. 2 shows the activity of trypsin immobilized on Capro, new, tubes made from 1.67 Tex X 3 strands.
As can be seen from the table. 1 and 2 of the results are significantly better carrier for immobilization of biologically active protein (trypsin) are textile materials, obtained on the basis of a textured high volume thread. Tests of nylon matrices with a grafted antigen show that 20 ml of serum is completely exhausted 3 g of textile material with a grafted antigen made on a textured thread, and there is no noticeable exhaustion of serum if the material is used as the matrix, D

Образцыeven on the basis of multifilament or monofilaments, even if 20 g of such material is added to it. To check the behavior of textile matrices with immobilized enzyme inhibitors, sorbents for affinity chromatography were used to prepare samples based on nylon monofilaments, multifilament yarns and textured yarns grafted with E, aminocaproic acid. Samples
The results also confirm that samples made from textured yarns are significantly more active as biospecific sorbents than samples made from multifilament or monofilament ..
When using other methods
Activations, in particular, hydrazinolysis, obtained similar results when using synthetic polyester yarns. Thus, the experimental results obtained indicate that the use of textured yarns makes it possible to produce substantially more active matrices for immobilizing biologically active preparations. Applying textured high volume yarns and products based on them as matrices for immobilizing biologically active preparations can increase the activity of the carrier, and therefore has certain advantages over textile matrices made from other types of raw materials. In addition, the activity of such matrices is high.
