Description
(54) COMPOSITION FOR STEAMULATION OF OSTEOGENESIS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to medicine, namely, maxillofacial surgery. A known composition for the stimulation of osteogenosis, containing crushed long tubular bones P. The disadvantage of the composition is its flowability, large bone particles of the composition, which does not allow the microtransplants to fit closely together. In the case of filling the bone cavity of a complex shape, the micrografts do not fit snugly against its walls, and, consequently, the bone cavity is not completely filled. When patients with antibiotics are intolerant, the introduction of the latter into the crushed graft is contraindicated, which adversely affects the course of the postoperative period. The aim of the invention is to prevent recurrence and shorten the rehabilitation period. This goal is achieved by the fact that soy; To stimulate osteogenesis, containing crushed long tubular bones, it additionally contains crushed ossification cores from vertebral bodies, methyluracil and glycerin in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: Chopped long tubular bones 2.0-2.3 Chopped ossification core from the vertebral bodies 2.0-2.2 Methyluracil1.0-1.5 Glycerol 2.0-2.5 Dp preparation of the composition using human bone tissue aged 20 to 37 weeks preserved in 0.5% formalin solution according to the standard method. Methyluration and glycerin are sterilized by autoclaving. Directly before the operation or the day before it, the long tubular bones of the fetus
