The invention relates to industrial transport, 1 A grain elevator is known, containing ne. The red and rear chains are located on the load-carrying branch in different planes and are attached to the cargo G11. This elevator is complicated in design and operation. Also known is a bucket, including a vertically closed traction body; on which buckets are obliquely fixed, the bottom wall of each of which is fixed on the side walls, hingedly spring-loaded relative to them and fitted with a lock. as well as the possibility of incomplete unloading of buckets when the load sticks into them. The purpose of the invention is to improve the process of unloading buckets. This goal is achieved by the fact that the bottom of each bucket is fixed on the side walls hinged and fitted with a hinged link with it and the bottom wall, and the fixers of the bottom walls are executed on the rollers and the copy directions fixed on them mounted on the frame. FIG. 1 shows an elevator, general view; in fig. 2 - bucket, general view; in fig. 3 - the same, top view. On frame 1 installed. traction chain 2, enveloping drive 3 and tension 4 asterisks. Buckets 5 are fixed on the traction chain 2, each of which is inclined at an angle to the horizon to facilitate the emptying of the load. The bottom wall 6 of each bucket is fixed on the side walls of its bucket and is spring-loaded relative to them by means of an elastic element 7. There is no top wall of the bucket to facilitate loading. The bottom 8 of each bucket 5 is fixed on the side walls of the hinge and is connected to the bottom 9 with the lower stage 6, the roller 10. The frame 1 of the elevator has air outlets 1 1 for supplying cooling of the air load, as well as the guide 12, which is in contact rollers 10. Trays 13 and 1.4 are installed at the loading and unloading sites. In tray 14, guide 12 has a notch A. The elevator works as follows. While bucket 5 is at the loading position, the load enters tray 13, slides over its inclined surface and falls into bucket 5. Buckets 5 are rigidly fixed on the pulling chain 2 and when moving upwards, the roller 10 mounted on the spring-loaded wall 6 rolls down along the guide 12, ensuring the bucket is in the closed position. When the bucket 5 approaches the tray 14, the roller 10 falls into the recess A, while the elastic element 7 acts on the wall 6 and opens it (.Fig.2). A ha of 9, connected with wall 6, carries along bottom 8, turning it relative to the hinge and increasing the angle of inclination to the horizon. The load slides along the bottom 8 of the bucket and into the tray 14. With the further movement of the bucket 5, the roller 10 interacts with the curved part of the equalizer, returns the wall 6 to a similar position. The proposed design of the elevator has increased reliability by improving the unloading process and eliminating cargo spilling. The Claim Elevator includes a vertically closed traction body, on which buckets are fixed, the bottom wall of each of which is pivotally fixed on the side walls, spring-loaded and relative to them and provided with a retainer, in order to improve the unloading process , the bottom of each bucket is fixed on the side walls of the hinge and is provided with a pull hinged to it and the bottom wall, and the fixings of the bottom walls are made of rollers and copy guides mounted on them, s on the frame.
