(54) СПОСОБ РЕЗКИ ЛИСТОВ СТЕКЛА(54) METHOD FOR CUTTING SHEETS OF GLASS

Изобретение относитс  к области резки и разлома листового стекла. На стекольных заводах технического стекла режутс  различные по ширине и длине пр моугольные заготовки - банты, из которых в дальнейшем вырезаютс  малоформатные фигурные технические стёкла - автомобильные зеркала заднего вида, приборные, защитные, очковы, часовые и другие подобные стекла. Малоформатные технические стекла выпускаютс  миллионными тиражами,по этому на порезке и отломке бантов зан то значительное количество рабочей силы. Известен способ резки листов стек ла, включающий нанесение линий реза с обеих сторон листа электростек лорезами,причем линии реза в продоль ном направлении нанос т с одной сто роны листа, а в поперечном с другой 1 . Недостатками этого способа  вл ютс  значительные отклонени  в размерах вырезаемых заготовок. Наиболее близким техническим реш нием к предлагаемому  вл етс  способ резки листов стекла, включающий, нанесение с обеих сторон листа линий реза с последуюисим- разломом 2 . В этом способе линии реза в продольном направлении нанос т с одной стороны листа, а в поперечном - с другой. / Недостатком известного способа  вл етс  низка  эффективность процесса при использовании его при резке листов стекла в одном направлении. Цель изобретени  - повышение эффективности процесса резки. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что согласно способу резки листов стекла, включаквдему нанесение с обеих сторон листа линий реза с последующим разломом, нанесение линий реза производ т одновременно по всей ширине листа поочередно сверху и снизу , а разлом осуществл ют одновременно по всем лини м реза путем приложени  давлени  по лини м реза с противоположных им сторон. На фиг.1 показана схема нанесени  линий реза; на фиг.2 - разлом листа стекла. Способ реализуетс  следующим образом . A disadvantage of the known method is the low efficiency of the process when it is used when cutting glass sheets in one direction. The goal is achieved by the method of cutting glass sheets, including applying on both sides of the sheet cutting lines with subsequent fracture, drawing cutting lines are performed simultaneously across the entire width of the sheet alternately from the top and bottom, and the fracture is carried out simultaneously on all cut lines by applying pressure across cut lines from opposite sides.
