(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ АРМОЦЕМЕНТНЫХ(54) DEVICE FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF ARMOCEMENT
ИЗДЕЛИИPRODUCTS
Изобретение относитс к производству строительных изделий и может найти применение на заводах железобетонных конструкций при изготовлении армоцементных изделий. Известно устройство дл изготовлени армоцементных изделий, содержащее гибкий поддон, ст жное приспособление и кран 1. Известно также устройство дл изготовлени армоцементных изделий, содержащее корпус из двух частей, соединенных продольными кромками с помощью крепежных приспособлений , и баллон из эластичного материа а , размещенный между двум част ми корпуса 2. Недостатком известного устройства вл етс то, что при гнутье сырого армоце ментного листа в раст нутой зоне образуютс трещины, а в сжатой - наплывы, что приводит к нарушению сплошности структуры . Цель изобретени - предотвращение нарушени сплошности структуры изделий и упрощени их транспортировки. Эта цель Достигаетс тем, что в устройстве дл изготовлени армоцементных изделий, содержащем корпус из двух частей, соединенных продольными кромками с помощью крепежных приспособлений и баллон из эластичного материала, части корпуса выполнены гибкими и соединены между собой с одной стороны шарнирно, а с другой - посредством замков. На фиг. 1 схематично показано предлагаемое устройство, вид Сверху; на фиг. 2 то же, в раскрытом виде; на фиг. 3 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 4 - деталь застежки. Устройство дл изготовлени армоцементных изделий представл ет собой часть корпуса в виде гибкого поддона 1, который при помощи выполненной из эластичного материала вставки 2 шарнирно соединен продольной кромкой с гибкой листом-крышкой 3 другой частью корпуса. Втора кромка поддона 1 также соединена с вставкой 2, в которой выполнены прорези 4 дл прохода скоб 5. Прорези 4 окантованы металлическими пластинками 6. На второй продольной кромке листа-крышки 3 против прорезей 4 установлены скобы 5. Между гибким поддоном 1 и листом-крышкой 3 размещен цилиндрич ской формы надувной баллон 7, выполненный из эластичного материала.The invention relates to the production of building products and may find application in factories of reinforced concrete structures in the manufacture of cement concrete products. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for making cement-cement products comprising a body in two parts connected by longitudinal edges with fasteners and a balloon of elastic material, the body parts are flexible and interconnected from one side by locks. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed device, view from above; in fig. 2 the same, in the opened form; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 4 - fastener detail. The device for the manufacture of cement-reinforced products is a part of the body in the form of a flexible tray 1, which, by means of an insert made of elastic material, is pivotally connected by a longitudinal edge to the flexible sheet-cover 3 with another part of the body. The second edge of the pallet 1 is also connected to the insert 2, in which slots 4 are made for the passage of the staples 5. The slots 4 are edged with metal plates 6. Staples 5 are mounted on the second longitudinal edge of the cover sheet 3 against the slots 4. Between the flexible pallet 1 and the cover sheet 3, an inflatable balloon 7 of a cylindrical shape is made of an elastic material.
