(54) METHOD FOR CLEANING MOLYBDATS
The invention relates to the production of highly pure inorganic substances, in particular, ammonium molybate, alkali metal and alkali metal used to produce metallic molybenum, the synthesis of other reagents, as a raw material for phosphors, etc. Known methods of coprecipitation of n sorption of tungsten and molybdenum with titanium and zirconium hyaroxyoids. The works noted a rather high absorption capacity of titanium hydroxides and zirconium with respect to tungsten and molybdenum and showed that the behavior of the will of% 1m and molybdenum will be identical when sorbed by these sorbents depending on the pH values of the ij solutions. However, there is no indication of the possibility of using zirconium hydroxides and for the isolation of impurity amounts of tungsten from molybdenum compounds in these works. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a method of purifying molybdenum from tungsten by filtering their aqueous solutions with a pH of 8.6-8.5 through a layer of granulated aluminum hydroxide 2. The disadvantage of this method is the low degree of purification and low yield. from tungsten salts per unit volume of sorbent. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification and increase the yield of the target product. This goal is achieved by the method of purifying miblibdates by contacting kx weakly alkaline solutions with sorbents based on tin hydroxide (IV). The difference of this method is the use of tin hydroxide (IV) as a sorbent. During the cleaning process, a solution of kgg salt of molybdic acid in water is used to adjust the pH of the solution to 8, O-9, O by adding alkali or acid, and then the solution is filtered through a column filled with tin hydroxide in pure vial (graded) or deposited on a porous carrier. Salt crystals are separated from the purified solution, which after drying can be used to produce molybcene metal or other uses.
