Description
(54) - METHOD FOR STORAGE OF ROOT FROZEN
С хранени картофель был сн т в начале ма .The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods of storing root and tuber crops. There is a known method of storing root crops in burtae, which consists in covering the shoulders with a layer and film of polymer material with active ventilation arieness, and root crops are placed in rye, located inside the collar in several rows of each other. The fact that it does not provide optimal conditions for storage, leads to weight loss of the product and the deterioration of its quality, and is also time consuming. There is also known a method of storing root crops, including the creation of an insulating body: a set of carbamide-dehumine foam plastic using active ventilation and artificial cooling 2 over stored rootstocks. in contact with the root and club crops, worsen their quality. The purpose of the invention is to reduce losses and improve the quality of the roots and crops, as well as reducing the consumption of foam. The goal is achieved by the fact that a frame fence is created above the stored root crops and an insulating roof is applied on it. On the same schematic representation of a stack of containers with root and tubers, a general view. The layout of a stack of containers 1 includes a frame fence 2 and an insulated arch 3. Example. The method was tested at a fruit and vegetable processing plant during the storage of potatoes of the 1978 harvest. Storage in the last decade of October was laid by three piles of potatoes, packed in containers. The original quality of the potatoes was the same. On the Eikuu, the first pile was covered first with straw, then with plastic wrap and a layer of earth (by a known method); IBTOPOM created an insulating set of urea-formaldehyde foam (KF-peioplast) (by a known method); A light carcass fence made of wooden slats and a reinforced polyethylene film was laid on the third stack of the starter, then an insulating roof made of KF-foam plastic was installed on it along with a PZU-1 installation. Potatoes were removed from storage at the beginning of the day.

.With the frame "4 fencing of the rails and the reinforced film, then the insulating vault of KF-foam (according to the proposal). The table shows that the weight loss is deeper during the storage of potatoes by the proposed method is less by 1.9% and 3.1%, than by the famous. The amount of waste in the proposed storage method is 2.6% and 4.5%, respectively, less than that of known tubers, and 4.5% and 10.7%, respectively, of standard tubers, respectively, less. The proposed method will improve the reliability of storage, reduce waste and preserve the quality of the root and tuber crops, as well as reduce the cost of foam plastic for shelter. The economic effect, for example, during storage of potato tubers will be about 500 rubles compared with the known method. for every 100 tons of potatoes. .
The weight loss of potatoes during storage was determined by control grids, and its quality during implementation was in accordance with current standards.
Comparative results of the known and proposed 5 potato storage methods are presented in the table.
