Description
(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ НЕПРЕРЫВНОЙ РАЗЛИВКИ Изобретение относитс к литейному производству, точнее к устройст Bai/i дл управлени непрерывной разливкой металла из ковша в кристаллизатор посредством стакана-металлопровода . Известно устройство дл непрерывной разливки стали, включающее кристаллизатор , стакан-металлопровод,узел определени момента по влени шлака в стакане-металлопроводе, содержащий детекторную катушку, источник питани и преобразователь, электрически соединенный с исполнительным механизмом стопора 1. Недостатком этого устройства вл етс сложность его конструкции, котора объ сн етс тем, что дл питани детекторной катушки, охватывающей ста кан-металлопровод, необходимо устройство , создающее высокочастотный переменный ток, представл ющее собой, в общем случае, большую интегральную схему, которое, кроме того,преобразует изменение импеданса катушки В посто нный электрический ток, регистрируемый измерительным .прибором, выходные сигналы которого поступают на исполнительный механизм стопора. СТАЛИ Кроме того, данное устройство при его применении дл непрерывной разливки стали требует центрировать детекторную катушку и защищать ее от воздействи высокой температуры разливаемого металла. Однако это устройство сложно по конструкции. Цель изобретени - повышение, надежности работы и упрощение конструкции устройства. Цель достигаетс тем, что в устройстве дл непрерывной разливки стали, преобразователь электрически соединен со стаканом - металлопроводом и кристаллизатором.
