(54) COMPOSITION FOR MELT THERMAL INDICATOR
The invention relates to melting TepMOHHflHKiaTbpoB compositions intended for the visual and photographic determination of the surface temperature of two bodies heated to 54-9 ° C at atmospheric pressure and in a vacuum of 10 mm Hg in hard-to-reach places and where it is not possible other measurement methods. The invention can be used in various fields of science and technology. Known thermal indicators pavlvnv. on the basis of high molecular carbon and C13 pigments. .. The disadvantages of these thermal indices are the instability of the readings tQ Ltt & The temperature of melting thermal indices trl at atmospheric pressure and in vacuum, the thrust image of the boundary of the transition to film, especially black-and-white, since iran, me- chanical apoclitics, are poor, because of the test bodies. Thermal indicator of melting in the temperature range of 25-225 ° C, containing as temperature-sensitive substances, pro-: derivatives of higher carboxylic acids in the interval of 50-91 ° C: phenyl stearate; on - tripalmitin; at 65 ° C; trsteartn; na - caprylate lead; 91 C - cristat lead G23. The disadvantage of this docraea is the low measurement accuracy in the temperature range 5 ° -91 ° C due to the large interval between adjacent temperatures, with an atom, the temperature measurement error is 4-13%. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring the surface temperature of solids at atmospheric pressure in vacuum in the temperature range 54. The goal is achieved by the fact that ffto is an all-rater for the terms of the dictator that melts as an TV | lokuvstviteli101ch substances smsm yttri or ytterbi, or erbium of higher carboxylic acids and ethyl alcohol, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Heat-sensitive substance8,6-15,4 Binder 12,7-13,6 Ethyl alcohol Remaining Phenol formaldehyde resin is used as a binder , combined with polyvinyl butyral in ethyl alcohol in a ratio of 1: 6. When the temperature of the sensitive substance is below 8.6% by weight, a very liquid suspension is obtained which drains from the test surface, and if it is more than 15.4% by weight, a thick suspension is obtained which is poorly applied to the surface. Example 1. 9.8% by weight of yttria, trisecano-jadecate 13.5% by weight of phenol-formaldehyde resin combined with polyvinyl butyral, and 76.7% by weight of ethanol are loaded into a ball mill filled with 1/3 of the headlight balls and mixed for 20-30 hours. A heat indicator is obtained on (TI-54). Example 2. 13.3 wt.% Ytterbium tridecovolume, 12.8 wt.% Phenol for maldehyde resin, combined with polyH, and 74.2 wt.% Of ethanol is loaded into a ball mill.
