выходе дифференциальной термопары 5 по вл етс термо-ЭДС, котора усиливаетс посредством усилител 6 и измен ет ток 3 источника 3 так, что температуры Т,п и Т|,The invention relates to a technique for measuring the speed of air flow by means of hot-wire anemometers. A thermoanemometer is known, which contains two sensitive elements that are included in the two adjacent arms of the cxeivu pavement. The bridge is balanced at a speed equal to zero. The potential difference on the diagonal of the bridge is a measure of the flow velocity l. The closest in technical essence to the invention is a hot-wire anemometer containing two temperature-sensitive elements, adjustable and unregulated current sources, a measuring device. A disadvantage of the known hot-wire anemometer is that the conversion error is equally determined by instability, speed K | conversion of sensitive elements and to a large extent depends on the temperature difference of sensitive elements. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy in measuring small flow rates. To achieve this goal, the thermal anemometer is equipped with a differential thermocouple, whose junctions are placed on temperature-sensitive elements, and an amplifier, the output of which is connected to the control input of the adjustable current source, and the input to the output of the differential thermocouple. The drawing shows the block diagram of the device. Thermoanemometer contains sensitive elements 1 and 2, adjustable 3 and unregulated 4 current sources, thermocouple 5, amplifier b, logometer 7. Sensitive elements 1 and 2 are connected respectively to adjustable current source 3 and unregulated current source 4 and are in the same environment: one in the stream, the other g-out of the stream. Thermoanemometer works as follows. in the steady state, both sensitive elements have equal temperatures T, and a change in the flow velocity causes a change in the temperature of one of the sensitive elements. At the output of the differential thermocouple 5, a thermo-emf appears, which is amplified by the amplifier 6 and changes the current 3 of the source 3 so that the temperatures T, n and T |
