Изобретение относитс к составам стекол, предназначенных дл межслойной изол ции по толстопленочной технологии на подложках из флоат-стекла использующихс в производстве газоразр дных индикаторных панелей (ГИП Известно стекло дл межслойной изол ций в ГИП, включаклцее РЬО, Вд Oj ZnO, SIO, AljtO, CdO, CuO, WCL. HoO, Mb«0; в следукйдих количествгйс tij, вес.%: PbO 65-85; et038-2d;ZnO ОД-5 SIO, 0,1-5; AtaO, 0,1-2; CdO 0,1-10; CuO 0,5-3; WO, 0,5-3; MoO 0,5-5; 0,1-3. Стекло имеет высокую склонность к кристаллизации. Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к предлагае|1« му составу вл етс сте ло следующего состава t2, вес.%: РЬО 60,5-64,0; BjOj 14,5-17,5; SlOi 1,0-3,0; ZnO 14,5-15,2; , 2,5; CuO 3,0-4,5. Это стекло имеет КЛТР 80-8310 град- и примендетс дл межслойной изол ции в ГИП 12 J К недостатку этих стекол относитс низка температура стекловани ( 380С) . Цель изобретени - обеспечение температуры стекловани 385i4 C. Цель достигаетс тем, что стекло дл спаивани и межслойной изол ции, включающее РЬО, , SiO, ZnO, BijO, CuO, дополнительно содержит BaO при следующем соотношении ингре-. диентов, мае.%: РЬО 57-62,0 BjO 13,5-15,5 Si Од 1,3-1,5 . ZnO 13/0-15,0 BfaO, 1,1-1,3. CuO 2,5-3,0 BaO 3,0-11,0 Конкретные составы стекол приведены в табл. 1. Стекло вар т при в течение 30 мин. Свойства синтезированных .составов представлены в табл. 2. Предлагаемые составы полностью удовлетвор ют комплексу требований дл межслойной изол ции и найдут широкое применение в производстве ГИП на лодложках из флоат-стекла.
