The invention relates to the production of pigments, in particular, to methods for producing pigment-fillers used in the paint industry. In pigment technology, various pigment-fillers are known, in particular containing alkaline earth metal salts, natfimer, BaSO, barlt or CaCO calcite l as the main component. There is also known a method for producing pigment-filler from barito-calitic ores by grinding them to flotapion size, followed by flotation of the powder in an alkaline medium in the presence of an surfactant additive, which has a depressive effect on collective flotation of calcium cells with barite and promotes the release of selective electrolyte from the flotation suspension. barite product containing about 8O-95% Bcie 23. The disadvantage of this method is the low yield of barite concentrate from the total weight of the original ore due to the significant oh the share of unused in the tails of the product of calcite, going to the dump. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of pigment-filler while maintaining its pigment properties. The goal is achieved by the proposed method of obtaining a pigment-filler from barite-calcite ores by grinding ore to flotation size, followed by flotation of the obtained powder at pH 10-1 in the case of fatty acid collector of fatty acid fraction of tall oil or soap, and separation from the float of a template in a floaty form of a tallow oil or soap and separation from the float of a template for a tall oil or soap and a float from a float of a flow form of a tallow oil or soap and a float from a float of a template in a floaty form of a tallow oil or soap and a float from a float of a maritime liquid -calcite about the target product The proposed method provides an increase in the yield of semi-nagratel pigment by 25% to 30% compared with the known method while maintaining its pigment properties tv For example, the whiteness of the proposed pigment is approximately 82%, comparable to the whiteness of a well-known product, for which, according to GOST, this characteristic has a value of at least 90%. Primer p. The waste from the barite ores of the Chord deposit (gravity tails), containing 25% barite and 46% calcite, is crushed to a particle size of no more than 0.074 mm and sent to mechanical flotation machines. Then, collective flotation of barite and calcite is carried out in a heating medium at pH 10 in the presence of a fatty acid fraction of tall oil introduced in an amount of 75 Og / m. In addition, liquid glass in an amount of 20 OG / UU is added to the flotation pulp (, The barite-calcite product extracted from this flotation process has a total content of barite n calcite on the order of 9O% and the rest of the mixture 51O2Do4.5%, Pe5., 5%, to 1.55%. This product contains water-soluble salts. no more than 0.45% and not more its I, O% moisture. The resulting pigment-emulsifier has a whiteness of OKCMIO of 82%. On the basis of this filler, in a micronized form is prepared experimental MA and O-pistachio-colored oil paints. indicators of the requirements of 1XX: T 696-07. The presence of Calschita in the composition of the proposed filler shows mechanical strength, vapor permeability, abrasion resistance and protective properties of paint and varnish coatings. Claim 1. A method of obtaining a pigment-filler from barnto-calcite ores, including their grinding, flotation of the obtained powder in the presence of an additive and separation of the target ntx) duct from the floatable suspension, characterized in that, in order to increase the yield of the target product while maintaining pigment properties, the flotation process is carried out at pH 10-11 in the presence of fatty acid collector. 2. The method according to claim 1, is different from the fact that a fatty acid fraction of tall oil or soap is used as said collector. Sources of information taken into account in the examination. I.
