Description
(54) FERTILIZER FOR BRUSHING ACID SOIL
The invention relates to the field of mineral fertilizers used to neutralize soil acidity and improve the nutritional conditions of agricultural crops. Fertilizer dp is known for liming acidic soils containing 63-66% calcium oxide, 33-36% silica, magnesium oxide, and impurities, including trace elements. However, such a fertilizer freezes at negative temperatures and contains a significant amount of soil ballast (silica). It is also known to use acidic soil for limestone, which is self-tailing flotation of sulfur ores and contains 71-80% calcium carbonate, 6.8-7.4% silicon dioxide, 4–6% sulfur, 12–16% moisture and impurity 2. This fertilizer also freezes at negative temperatures, which complicates transportation and fanning in the winter. In addition, the nutrient content. slightly. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the frost temperature of the fertilizer and increase its nutrient content. This is achieved in dp limestone fertilizer acidic soils, including flotation tails, cepioiix ores and additionally containing antifreeze at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Float sulfur ores 75-95 Antifreeze 5-25 In this case, it contains ammonium nitrate or chloride as antifreeze. potassium or cainite. Fertilizer is produced by mixing the tailings of flotation of sulfur ores with antifreeze. Its characteristics are given in the table. An increase in the antifreeze content in the fertilizer over 25% leads to a slight decrease in the freezing temperature, but it increases the cost of the fertilizer. A decrease in the antifreeze content in the fertilizer of less than 5% leads to an increase in the freezing temperature and an insignificant nutrient content.
The presence of antifreeze in the composition of the fertilizer in the amount of 5-25 wt.% Means that the temperature of the fertilizer freezes to -103 ° С, which simplifies
Одновременно повышаетс качество удобрени за счет увеличени содержани в нем питательных ве ществ .its transportation, storage and preparation for entering into the soil. At the same time, the quality of the fertilizer is enhanced by increasing its nutrient content.
