I The invention relates to electrical engineering and concerns the design of means for measuring the wear of brushes. According to the main auth. 75529 An inductive measuring gauge for wear and tear of the brush of an electric machine located in the brush holder cage, containing a magnetic element in the form of a magnetic actuator, mounted in the body of the brush, to a magnetic sensitive element in the form of an inductive coil, connected to the measuring device. located on the holder of the brush holder and its envelopes, and the plane of the turns of the inductive coil is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the holder l The known device has a high reliability and has small dimensions, however, under the action of a pendulum magnetic flux, combined with an inductive motor, an eddy current occurs in the metallic brush holder, which reduces the accuracy of the brush wear measurement and also causes energy consumption from the power source. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy, wear of the brush by eliminating the influence of eddy currents induced in. the holder of the brush holder of the magnetic flux of the inductive coil. In addition, when the eddy currents are eliminated, the energy consumption of the inductor is reduced by 1m of the brush wear meter. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an inductive brush wear meter the electric machine the holder of the brush holder is made with a cross section of its side wall. The drawing shows a chemical wear meter for the brush of an electric machine. The bristle-to-electrical transducer transducer is made in the form of a magnetically sensitive element - an inductive coil 1, covering the holder of the brush holder 2, and a magnetic circuit 3 (0-shaped) located in the current of the brush 4. The coil 1 is connected through a converter to a power source and a measuring device, the converter, the power source and meter are not shown in the drawing. For example, a high-frequency voltage source can be used as a power source, and a filter can be used as a transducer, clearing the useful signal from the components of the SDS, induced by moving the brush caused, for example, by deviating the shape of the collector ring from circle. The holder of the brush holder 2 is made with a through-cut 5 of its side wall. The cut runs along the side surface.

The operation of the device is based on the measurement of an electrical signal caused by a change in the flux linkage of the magnetically sensitive element. This, in turn, is due to the change in the relative position of the magneto-signal and magnetically sensitive elements that occur when the brush is worn.
The operation of the inductive brush wear meter is as follows.
Величина магнитTioro потока определ етс МДС катушки 1 и суммарным магнитным сопротивлением путей распространени ,потока и, в значительной мере, относительным расположением магнитопровода 3 и ка-, тушки 1, что в свою очередь, определ ет сопротивление катушюн и величину тока в цепи измерительного прибо-When the coil 1 is connected to an AC power source, it creates a magnetic flux F, which is closed along the paths shown in the drawing by dashed lines. The magnetTioro of the flow is determined by the MDS of the coil 1 and the total magnetic resistance of the propagation paths, the flow and, to a large extent, the relative position of the magnetic core 3 and the carcass 1, which in turn determines the resistance of the coils and the current in the measuring device
