Description
In FIG. 1 depicts in two forms a separate element of the proposed radiator and a rib battery formed from such elements; FIG. 2 - modification of the element and the radiator assembled from such elements, also in two forms; FIG. 3 - the third modification of the radiator.
The proposed radiators are built on the property of cement mortar, due to which the heat transfer of the heating pipes increases if the outside of the pipe is treated with cement mortar according to the principle of iron-concrete structures. Studies have shown that to increase the heat transfer of steam or water pipes for practical use, it is sufficient if the pipes are covered with dry stones from hardened cement mortar so that the stones touch the surface of the pipes tightly, which is achieved by the following designs.
Ribbed collapsible cement heater round or oval
(Fig. 1) is made up of cement rings and wire strips inside, for strength; such rings are strung on the tube b and the washers with and nuts d are fastened together. The collapsible radiator of FIG. 2 is arranged as follows: cement stones are punched through the holes / are strung on the tubes of the battery (j; a cross tube of the L battery is placed on the concrete support k and washers / and nuts fastened to this stand; a fastening bolt is passed through the upper blind stones.
Cement stones are superimposed on the pipes at the respective depressions and pressed against the pipes with bolts fixed into the walls, for which the stones have holes t.
