Description

3.(54) DEVICE FOR DETERMINING THE VOLUME OF MOBILITY OF BONE PIECES The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices used in Traumatology and Orthopedics. A device is known for determining the mobility of bone fragments, which contains the spokes and the associated gene generator 1. A disadvantage of the known device is that it is impossible to determine the mobility of bone fragments in any plane in a fixed position and when walking, which will detract from providing the necessary stability of bone fragments at the fracture site when treating a patient with various methods of fixing bone fragments in any necessary; Walkable plane. regardless of the status of patients. The purpose of the invention is to make it possible to determine the mobility of kongic fragments in any plane in a stationary state and {fi walking. This goal is achieved by the fact that the mobility of the bone fragments, which hold the spokes and the strain gauge connected to it, are connected to the strain gauge, the sleeves connected by means of an elastic plate are mounted on the spokes, and the strain gauge is located on the elastic plate. The drawing shows a device for determining the magnitude of the mobility of the bone: flares. The device contains spokes 1 and 2 and a strain gage 3 associated with it. The spokes 1 and 2 have sleeves 4 and 5 connected by an elastic plate 6, and the strain-gage 3 is located on the elastic plate 6. Sleeves 4 and 5 are attached to spts 1 and 2 with screws 7 and nuts 8. The device is used as follows. When the patient is lying down, nuts 8 are left to determine the degree of mobility of the fragments in any plane (turn screws 7 with 1F, a 6) elastic plate so that the line of action loads to be distal ogpomku bones, and the photopodal axis of symmetry of the plate 6 lay in this plane, while the nuts 8 are fixed in this position the screws 7. The mobility of the bone fragments is recorded according to the reading of the strain gauge 3.

To determine the degree of mobility of the bone fragments in the other plane, nuts 8 are loosened and screws 7 are turned so that the line of load applied to the limb and the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the elastic plate b are again in the plane where the degree of mobility of the fragments is determined. When walking majors, the first degree of mobility of fragments is determined in the same way as in the patient's supine position, only with this the load cell 3 readings are recorded using a loop oscilloscope.

The device provides the ability to determine the mobility of bone fragments B of any plane in a stationary state and when walking, which allows you to monitor and adjust the degree of stability of bone fragments at the fracture site in any plane and to improve the treatment of fractures.
