Устройство имеет высоконелинейные резисторы 1, разделенные металлическими дисками 2 и помещенные в изолирующий корпус 3 из термоусаживающегос материала, и контакты 4 дл подвода напр жени .The invention of electrical power engineering is intended to protect: isolate the equipment of the stations and under the stations and transmission lines of alternating current and direct current from atmospheric equipment and switching overvoltages. Valve dischargers are known, including spark gaps and column-connected nonlinear resistors assembled in a column enclosed in an insulating body 1. In such dischargers, insulating pipes or housings are made of porcelain or bakelite, i.e. are rigid, so that there is a gap between the resistors of the column and the walls of the housing. A disadvantage of the known devices is that in a column of resistors placed with a gap in the insulating case, when overlapping along the side surface of one of the resistors, common overlaps of the entire column as a result of air ionization occur around the remaining resistors. Therefore, in such devices the failure of one resistor leads to the failure of the device as a whole. This reduces the amount of permissible current through a column of resistors and increases the number of columns connected in parallel in the protective device. A device for protection against overvoltages, containing serially connected high-relay resistors mounted in an insulating Kopnjrc 2, is known. The use of highly linear resistors as a characteristic element makes it possible to perform protective devices without consecutive spark gaps. The advantages of such protective devices are improved protective devices. and overall weight indicators. However, such devices are characterized by a number of disadvantages. One disadvantage is the relatively low impulse bandwidth of high-linear resistors, due to the conductivity of their side surface, which leads to the overlap of resistors already at pulsed currents of 1.52 kA. Another disadvantage is the need to remove heat from resistors that are constantly connected to the mains voltage. When placing a column of resistors in an ivory porcelain or plastic case, the heat transfer of the resistors is deteriorated due to the air gap between the resistors and the case (usually 2-3 mm) and the relatively thick wall of the insulation case (for technological reasons the wall thickness of the housing cannot be less than 3). 5 mm). Therefore, the thermal stability of a device consisting of highly linear resistors without series-connected spark gaps is relatively low, which makes it necessary to reduce the current flowing through the resistors in a long operating mode. The latter is possible as a result of an increase in the resistance of the resistors, which means a deterioration in the protective characteristics of the device. A disadvantage of this device is also the possibility of overlapping the entire column of highly non-linear resistors when one of the column resistors is overlapped. The closest in technical essence to the proposed device is an overvoltage protection device, containing nonlinear resistors installed in a column, mounted in an insulating body that tightly encloses their side surfaces 3. However, such an implementation of a nonlinear resistor unit does not provide sufficient heat dissipation due to the thick walls of the housing and the use of extra devices for devices with successively included spark gaps. The purpose of the invention is to improve the protection characteristics. This is achieved by the fact that the known device for protection against re-windings, containing nonlinear resistors assembled in a column, installed by an Insulation Box tightly covering their side surfaces, is provided with metal disks installed between resistors whose diameter is chosen equal to the maximum diameter of resistors forming hermetic connections with a body made of heat shrinkable material, such as teratene. It is known that heat shrinkable materials are a polymer composition, for example polyethylene, which (being previously subjected to irradiation with rays or accelerated electrons and blowing, has the ability to decrease in size when heated 1.5-2 times. Tubes of such material have the ability to compactly press surfaces bodies placed inside them. Thus, the proposed implementation of an insulating body of a protective device made of thermo-shrinking material provides tight coverage with resistors. At the same time, as a result of eliminating the NIN of the air gap between the resistors and the insulating body and due to the small thickness of the case (1-2 mm), its thermal resistance is minimized, which increases the thermal stability of the device. a certain variation in diameter, the presence between them of metal discs having a diameter of not less than the maximum diameter of the resistors, provides a hermetic separation of one resistor of the column from another, preventing the spread of overlap from one of the resistors to adjacent ones. Experimental studies have shown that dense compression of the heat-shrinkable housing of the column of resistors prevents overlapping along the lateral surface of the resistors and thereby increases the impulse throughput of the resistors 1.5-1.8 times. The drawing shows a General view of the device. The device has highly non-linear resistors 1, separated by metal disks 2 and placed in an insulating body 3 of heat-shrinkable material, and contacts 4 for voltage supply.
