Description
Вальцованный Материал охлаждают, дроб т и измельчают .The invention is related to the field of phenoplasts and concerns polymeric press compositions for the preparation of press materials of general purpose. polymeric press composition, phenol-formaldehyde resin-based qi, containing anthracene, mineral filler, wood flour and urotropin C11. However, the known composition does not have sufficiently high fluidity and low curing rate. A phenol-formaldehyde resin-based polymer composition is also known, containing raw anthramine, methenamine, wood flour, mineral filler, lime, nigrosin, and grease 2. The main drawbacks of the press composition are low flowability, which limits the range of product configurations, and curing speed is also low, which reduces equipment performance. The aim of the invention is to increase the flowability and accelerate the curing process of the polymer press composition. This goal is achieved by the fact that the known polymer press composition contains a mixture of phenol-formaldehyde resin with anthracene with an oil content of 1-5%, a mineral filler selected from the group of kaolin, talc, kerogen, and a lubricant selected from the group of calcium stearate, stearin, in the following ratio components, parts by weight: Fe nolfo rmal de gud for resin 34,24-38,5 Anthracene 4,08-8,56 Urotropin .6,3-7,0 Wood flour 35D-43.3 Mineral filler selected from groups kaolin, talc, kerogen 4.4-9.72 Lime0.9-0.97 Nigrosin1.5-1.56 lubricant selected from groups calcium stearate, stearin 0,6-0,78 press kotdayuzitsiyu polymer prepared sledun CIM manner. Novolac phenol-formaldehyde resin, crude anthracene, wood flour, mineral filler, hexamine and targeted supplements according to the recipes given in table. 1, loaded into a ball mill and stirred for 40 minutes, and then rolls on friction rollers at a temperature of the work roll 70-90 0 and idle roll 110-130 s. Rolled Material is cooled, crushed and crushed.
5689-73.The prepared press material is standardized, and then samples are prepared for testing according to GOST 15882-70 and 5689-73.
In tab. 2 presents the properties of the polymer press composition.
As can be seen from the table. 2, the composition has a higher fluidity and an accelerated curing process; the dwell time in the press is reduced by 1.5-2 times.
Применение предлагаемой полимерной пресс-композиции обеспечит повышение производительности оборудовани .The application of the proposed polymer press composition will increase the productivity of the equipment.
