Изобретение относитс куплотнительной технике. Известны уплотнительные устройст регенеративных теплообменников, рас положенные в корпусе, содержащие антифрикционные пластины U1. Недостатком этих устройств вл етс неравномерность прижати , а следовательно, и износа диаметральных перемычек. Цель изобретени - увеличение до говечности пластин путем равномерно го по ширине прижати антифрикционных пластин к матрице. Поставленна цель достигаетс те что пластины соединены между собой шарнирно-рычажным механизмом, обёсп чивающим параллельное перемещение пластин и состо щим из шатуна и сое ненной с ним рамки, преп тствующей носительному повороту пластин,.выполненной в виде двух вилок и двух регулируемьтх по длине т г. На фиг. показано предлагаемое устройство, общий вид;на фиг. 2 то же, вид сбоку. Уплотнительное устройство регенеративного теплообменника 1 содержит антифрикционные пластины 2 и 3, расположенные в корпусе А. Антифрикционна пластина 2 соединена с вилкой 5 шарнирно-.рычажного механизма через ось 6, а пластина 3 соединена с вилкой 7 через оси 8 посредством щатуна 9. Вилки 5 и 7 щарнирно соединены между собой т гами 10 через пальцы 1 1 . Длина т г 10 регулируетс с помощью резьбовой муфты 12 и фиксируетс гайками 13. Действие шарнирно-рычажного механизма заключаетс в ограничении поворота антифрикционных пластин относительно продольной оси при неравномерном износе их сторон. Разность усилий прижати антифрикционных пластин к матрице воспринимаетс через оси 6 и 8 и вилки 5 и 7This invention relates to a sealing technique. The sealing device of the regenerative heat exchanger 1 contains anti-friction plates 2 and 3, located in housing A. 7 are pivotally interconnected by tami 10 through fingers 1 1. The action of the hinged-lever mechanism is to restrict the rotation of the anti-friction plates relative to the longitudinal axis with uneven wear of their sides.
