The invention relates to technology, defoaming and can be used in the microbiological industry, medical, pharmaceutical, food and other sectors of the national economy. A device for defoaming is known, comprising a housing, a hollow shaft, a stack of plates and a casing 1. A disadvantage of this device is the uneven loading of the stack of plates with a stream of gas-liquid mixture, which leads to n complete separation of gas to liquid. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is an antifoaming device containing a cylindrical body with a lid equipped with nozzles for supplying foam and discharging separated gas and liquid, and a rotor mounted on the shaft with nozzles 2. However, in this design, the acceleration of foam blades reduces the speed of the spun foam relative to the nozzles, reducing the most defoaming e (| k |) ect, which leads to the need for additional costs. The gas is released from the foam around the entire perimeter of the nozzle exit section, which leads to the capture of part of the emitted gas by the liquid and the secondary formation of foam. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of defoaming by preventing the formation of secondary foam during rotation of the rotor and reducing energy consumption. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for peyogash, containing a cylindrical body with a collar, equipped with nozzles for supplying foam and discharging separated gas and liquid, and a rotor mounted on the shaft, the latter consists of pairs of blades located one above the other on the shaft, and the upper ones have streamlined protrusions along the bottom surface, which form a slit with the bottom blades surfaces to create a pressure differential and have openings at the ends of the chambers and fluid removal from the reduced pressure zone, wherein the distance between krom3 kami blades in a zone of increased pressure exceeds the distance between the edges of the blades in the reduced pressure zone, and on the bottom, wall and cover of the housing mounted ribs for predotvrasheni twist liquid mixture. FIG. Figure 1 shows schematically a defoaming device, a vertical section; in fig. 2 - section A-A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 section bb in fig. 2. The defoaming device comprises a housing 1 with a lid, equipped with a nozzle 2 for supplying foam and nozzles 3 and 4 for draining separated gas and liquid, respectively. Inside the housing, a rotor is mounted on the shaft 5, consisting of blades 6 and 7 arranged in pairs one above the other, the lower of which are mounted obliquely to the shaft 5, and the upper ones have streamlined protrusions 8 on the bottom surface, in which are placed the chamber 9 open from the ends. A gap 10 is formed between the protrusion 8 and the surface of the lower blade 7, interconnecting the increased pressure zone 11 and the reduced pressure zone 12, where the latter is connected to the chamber 9 by holes 13 to remove fluid from zone 12. The distance by the edges of the blades 6 and 7 in the zone 11 increased the pressure exceeds the distance between the edges of the blades 6 and 7 in the zone 12 of reduced pressure. Fins 14 are mounted on the bottom, wall and cover of the housing 1 to prevent the gas-liquid mixture from curling. A perforated disk 15 is mounted above the rotor to further extinguish the foam in the exhaust gas. The device for defoaming works as follows. The blades 6 and 7 of the rotor rotate in the flow of gas-liquid mixture entering the housing 1 through the pipe 2. The layers of gas-liquid mixture, the passage between the blades 6 and 7, acquire a different speed relative to the blade The layers of the mixture located closer to the blade 6, have a greater speed than those adjacent to the blade 7, since due to the presence of a protrusion 8 forming a slit 10 and the fact that the distance between the edges in the zone 12 of reduced pressure is created by increasing the flow velocity, they travel a longer way in an equal period of time than the lower . Thus, the upper layers of the gas-liquid mixture have a lower pressure than the lower, so foam bubbles float and concentrate near the surface of the blade 6, while large bubbles collapse. In the zone of low pressure, complete destruction of the bubble shells by the internal pressure of the gas contained in them occurs. Due to the fact that a vacuum is created in the chamber 9 during rotation of the blades, the fluid from zone 12 is sucked into the chamber 9 and. ejected from it through the open end. This prevents the formation of secondary foam. The separated flows of liquid and gas rise above the rotor and, having reached the rotating perforated disk 15, are thrown to the periphery of the body, while this gas passes through the holes in the disk. Through the pipe 3, the liquid is removed from the housing 1 and the gas is removed through the pipe 4. The ribs 14 prevent the gas-liquid mixture from curling and increase the relative speed of the blades and the mixture, which increases the effect of defoaming. Installing the blades 7 obliquely to the shaft 5 ensures the creation of the same velocity head in the radial direction. The use of the proposed device allows for a more complete separation of gas and liquid, eliminating the secondary foaming and reducing the energy consumption. An invention of a defoaming apparatus comprising a cylindrical body with a lid, provided with pipes for supplying foam and discharging separated gas and liquid, and a rotor mounted on a shaft, characterized in that, in order to increase the effectiveness of defoaming by preventing the formation of secondary foam when the rotor rotates and reduce energy consumption, the rotor consists of a pair of blades arranged one above the other, the lower of which are mounted obliquely to the shaft, and the upper ones are located along the bottom surface streamlined protrusions forming slots to create pressure drops with the surfaces of the lower blades and having chambers open at the ends and openings for removing liquid from the reduced pressure zone, while the distance between the edges of the blades in the pressure zone exceeds the distance between the edges of the blades in the reduced zone pressure, with fins on the bottom, wall and cover of the housing to prevent the gas-gas mixture from curling.
