(54) FEEDER FOR BULK MATERIALS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to bunker devices, namely to a feeder sheeter for storing and delivering bulk materials. There are known feeders for bulk materials containing a hopper, under which a tray is placed, equipped with a vibrator, and connected to the hopper by means of vibration isolators j "However, no means are provided in this feeder to ensure uniform material unloading from the hopper to the tray. The uniformity of unloading material from the bunker depends on the propensity of the material to arching. Here, to prevent and eliminate arching, i.e. In order to ensure its smooth operation, it is necessary to provide additional means in a known feeder, for example, to install an additional vibrator on the bunker or special outflow boosters to ensure the destruction of material vaults formed in the bunker, thereby ensuring uniform material unloading from the bunker when the feeder is turned on to work. However, this implementation is significant. complicates the design. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the feeder while ensuring reliability of operation by preventing arching at the very initial moment of operation of the feeder. This goal is achieved by fixing blocks on the outer surface of the bunker walls, and the vibration insulators are made in the form of flexible elements, such as cables, enveloping each one of the blocks, with one end of each cable attached to the tray and the other connected to the load interacting with emphasis, limiting the movement of cargo up, and having a mass greater mass of the empty tray and a smaller mass of the tray with the material.
The drawing schematically shows the proposed feeder.
The feeder contains a hopper 1, under which is located the tray 2, equipped with a vibrator 3 and connected to the bunker 1 by means of vibration isolators, made in the form of flexible elements, such as cables 4, the blocks 5 are strengthened on the outer surface of the walls of the bunker 1, and each of the cables 4 are ogi There is a bridge from blocks 5, with one end of each cable connected to tray 2, and the other connected to the counterweight 6, which is provided with an abutment that limits the movement of the counterweight up. This stop is made, for example, in the form of a length of cable of a given length 7, one end of which is connected to the counterweight and the other end to a tray. The tray is installed under the bunker at a certain angle to the horizon, smaller than the angle of repose of the material.
The feeder works as follows
Bulk material from the hopper 1 comes to tray 2, but does not flow through it, because the angle of inclination of the tray to the horizon is less than the angle of repose of the material. Since the mass of the tray with the material exceeds the mass of the counterweight, the latter will be raised to a height that is limited for the length of the cable 7, and the tray with the material, having respectively lowered by the same distance in height, will move away from the outlet of the hopper 1 and provide the necessary clearance (by the edge of the said hole and tray) When the vibrator 3 is put into operation, tray 2 receives vibrations, and bulk material on it comes in, moving along the surface of the tray in the direction of its inclination.
3.In the case of formation, in the material in the roof bin, the flow of bulk material from the bin 1 to tray 2 is stopped. At the same time, the tray freed from the bulk material will have a mass less than the weight of the Anti-weight, and therefore the counterweight is opposed, and the tray 1 with the vibrator 3 rises up to the stop against the edge of the outlet of the bunker. As the vibrator 3 continues its work, the oscillations generated by it mainly only vertically will be transmitted to the body of the hopper 1. As a result, the set of bulk material will collapse. In this case, since the vibration will be transmitted to the bunker case during the initial period of formation of material in the latter, it will not take much time and effort to destroy the latter. When it enters the bin, the material again increases the mass of the tray, which raises the counterweight, and itself moves away from the outlet, by itself, ceasing to transmit oscillations from the tray to the bunker case. To stop the dispensing of bulk material from tray 2, the vibrator 3 is turned off.
The proposed bunker makes it possible to automate the collapse process in the bunker without any significant costs. Simplicity in production and operation guarantees its reliability in work. The feeder can easily be introduced into production, as it does not require any capital works and complex equipment. It can be used in foundry, construction, road and other industries.
