The invention relates to a technique for cleaning various gases from mechanical impurities. The filter can be used in any branch of the national economy where it is necessary to use, for example, air without inclusions of solid particles: at the air inlet to the room, to the compressor, to the vacuum pump, etc.
I.According to the main author. St. No. 426676, a device for filtering gases is known, which is a set of disks in which a segment is cut off. The discs are coated with grease and holes are made in the center. In a certain order, disks are mounted on the central rack axis, which are separated from one another by a sleeve. The entire bag is fastened, inserted into the case and closed with a lid. After that, the filter is mounted to the gas network: on the one hand of the filter - the inlet of clogged gas, and on the other, the output of the purified gas I.
The main drawback of the filter is the difficulty of regenerating the filter after a certain operating time, i.e. during the maintenance work. The complexity of the regeneration is due to the fact that in order to clean and reapply the lubricant, it is necessary to connect the filter from the gas inlet and outlet network, disassemble it, regenerate it, and then assemble it again
Все эти работы влекут за собой значительные затраты по времени и труду.install a filter in the network. All these works entail significant time and labor costs.
The purpose of this invention is to reduce the various costs of filter regeneration during routine maintenance.
To achieve the goal in an impurity gas filter, consisting of a body with a disc pack, in these discs and
днищах корпуса вместо центральных, выполнены смещенные от центра отверсти , а корпус выполнен не цельным, а из двух симметричных половин, соединенных щарнирами по одной линии разъема.instead of the central body bottoms, the holes are offset from the center, and the body is made not of solid, but of two symmetrical halves connected by joints along one line of the connector.
FIG. 1 shows a general view of the filter; in fig. 2 - section A-A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 - working filter discs.
The gas cleaning filter consists of a housing 1, which is a hollow
В днищах однойcontainer, for example a cylinder, cut into two parts in the diametral plane. Both parts of the body are interconnected on the hinges 2 and in the working position of the filter are fastened with locks 3. In the bottoms
Внутри корпуса 1 смонтированhalf of housing 1 is provided with gas supply and outlet openings offset from the central axis, and aside from the center of the bottoms, the sockets 5 are arranged axially, where the post 6 is placed. Inside housing 1 is mounted
1.all filtering node. It consists of a rack 6, in which squares 7 are protruded from the ends 1 protruding from the housing, from disks 8 and sleeves 9. All external surfaces of sleeves 9, disks 8 and internal surfaces of both halves of housing 1 are covered with a thin layer of grease. In the disks 8, holes 10 are made that are offset from the center of the disk 8. In one half of the disks 8, a segment is cut off near the hole 10, and in the other half of the disks 8, the segment is cut off on the opposite side. The filter assembly is assembled in such a way that one disk 8 is oriented to the left with its truncated side, then sleeve 9 is placed and the next disk 8 is oriented to the right with its truncated side and so on. Then, the entire filtering unit is placed in the semi-slots 5 of the opened body 1, after which the body 1 is closed with locks 3. The filter is connected to the gas network through the openings 4 of both bottoms of the body 1.
The filter works as follows. The gas to be cleaned follows arrow B into the filter housing 1, fills the first cavity formed by the bottom of the housing and the first disk 8 where the gas is partially cleaned. Then the gas rushes to the side, where between the casing 1 and the disk 8 there is an easy access, since this disk has a segment cut off on the left. Once in the second cavity formed by the first and second disks 8, the gas is cleaned in it and goes to the next cavity through the passage to the right, as in the second disk 8 the segment is cut off to the right. And so on - until the purified gas enters the opening along the arrow B. This installation of the disks 8 ensures the creation of an elongated labyrinth and an increase in the gas purification path in this labyrinth. If it is necessary to regenerate the filter, the locks 3 open and one part of the housing 1 on the hinges 2 leans to the side (it is not necessary to disconnect the filter from the network with this design). The entire filter assembly is then rotated around the axis OOi approximately 90 °. This is done by rotating in the slots 5 behind the square 7 of the entire rack 6 with the disks 8 mounted on it and the sleeves 9. In this position, the filter elements are cleaned, for example, with a scraper, then a new layer of grease is applied. The filter assembly rotates in place in the opposite direction, the housing closes, and the filter can be used further. The use of the invention eliminates the need to disconnect the filter from the gas network during regeneration and then make a complete disassembly and, after regeneration, assembly and installation into the gas network, which distinguishes the proposed filter from the prototype. Such a difference causes a reduction in the labor and material costs required to regenerate the filter.
