Изобретение относитс  к изготовлению тепловых труб, капилл рна  структура которых выполнена путем прот жки. Изобретение может найти применение в теплообменных устройствах. Известны способы изготовлени  тепловых труб с капилл рной структурой в виде пазов прот гиванием. При этом прот жка, соверша  относительно заготовки поступательное движение резани , срезает каждым зубом слой, образу  пазы 1. Недостатком этих способов  вл етс - невозможность получени  в трубах внутренних пазов большой длины. Известны также способы изготовлени  тепловых труб, заключающиес  в стыковке и соединении продольных секций, в каждой из которых прот гиванием выполнены пазы соответствующего профил  2. Недостатком известных способов  вл етс  невозможность формировани  в мес .тах стыка непрерывной капилл рной структуры . Цель изобретени  - повышение качества изготовлени  тепловых труб. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что стыковку и соединение секций производ т во врем  их установки на прот жке перед режущими звень ми, а затем дополнительно формируют капилл рную структуру в местах стыка секций с помощью той же прот жки . На чертеже представлено устройство, реализующее предлагаемый способ. Устройство содержит прот жку 1, снабженную режущими звень ми 2, 3, 4. На участке прот жки перед режущими звень ми расположены секции 5, 6 труб с нарезанными пазами, состыкованные и соединенные, например сваркой, с образованием проплава 7. Изготавливают тепловые трубы следующим образом. Секции 5, 6 труб с нарезанными пазами стыкуют на прот жке 1 с совмещением пазов , соедин ют, например сваривают, и снимают проплав 7 режущими звень ми 2, 3, 4, формиру  профиль, аналогичный профилю стыкуемых секций. Способ позвол ет совмещать резы с высокой точностью и формировать капилл рную структуру в местах стыка секций труб.The invention relates to the manufacture of heat pipes, the capillary structure of which is made by drawing. A disadvantage of the known methods is the impossibility of forming a continuous capillary structure in months. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of manufacture of heat pipes. This goal is achieved by the fact that the docking and connection of the sections are carried out during their installation on the stretch in front of the cutting links, and then the capillary structure is additionally formed at the junction points of the sections using the same stretch. The drawing shows a device that implements the proposed method. The device comprises a stretch 1 provided with cutting units 2, 3, 4. On the stretch section in front of the cutting units there are sections 5, 6 pipes with cut grooves joined and connected, for example by welding, to form a melt 7. The heat pipes are made in a way. The sections 5, 6 of the pipes with the cut grooves are joined over the span 1 with the alignment of the grooves, joined, for example welded, and the melt 7 is removed with cutting units 2, 3, 4, forming a profile similar to the profile of the joined sections. The method allows combining cuts with high precision and forming a capillary structure at the junction points of the pipe sections.
