Description

Предлагаемый способ имеет целью изготовление эластичного алюлминиевого экрана дл  кинематографов.The proposed method aims to manufacture a flexible aluminium screen for cinematographs.

Экран, изготовленный предлагаемым способом,  вл етс , по данным автора, настолько эластичным и прочным, что даже при сгибании совершенно не осыпаетс  и не ломаетс . Изготовление его производитс  следующим образом: на туго нат нутый плотный материал (матери ) наноситс  очень тонкий слой резинового кле , растворенного в бензине с эфиром. Затем в резиновый клей средней консистенции насыпают очень тонкий порошок алюмини  в количестве 2 частей по весу на 3Va части бензина и 1 часть резинового кле  и этим составом кроют поверхность будущего экрана по длине. После того как бензин испаритс , покрывают поверхность экрана второй раз таким же составом, лишь с трем  част ми алюминиевого порошка в перпендикул рном первому направлении , т.-е. наперекрест.The screen made by the proposed method is, according to the author, so elastic and durable that even when bent, it does not crumble at all and does not break.
