Изобретение относитс  к двигателестроению , а именно, к устройствам дл  защиты двигателей внутреннего сгорани  от перегрева. Известны устройства дл  защиты двигател  внутреннего сгорани  от пе регрева, содержащие датчик температуры , св занный через усилительнопередающий механизм с рейкой топливного насоса l. Однако в известных устройствах предусмотрена необходимость установки внутрь двигател  датчика температуры , что затрудн ет его контроль и обслуживание. Цель изобретени  - упрощение конструкции . Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем Что датчик температуры расположен на наружной поверхности блока двигател  и вьтолнен в виде биметаллической . пластины. На чертеже приведена схема устрой сува. Устройство содержит датчик 1 температуры , св занный через усилительно-передающий механизм в виде рычажной передачи с рычагами 2 и 3 и возвратной пружины 4 с рейкой 5 топливного насоса. Датчик 1 температуры расположен на наружной поверхности 6 блока двигател  и выполнен в виде биметаллической пластины, снабженной регулировочным винтом 7. Устройство работает следующим образом . При Достижении предельной температуры поверхности 6 блока, биметал- лическа  пластина датчика 1, изогнувшись на заранее установленный регу- . лировочным винтом угол, нажимает на рычаг 3, который освобождает рычаг 2.
