Description
The invention relates to mineral processing and involves the use of a new flotation reagent in the flotation of non-sulphide ores, in particular fluorite ores. In the practice of flotation of non-sulphide ores, the main collectors are oleic acid and fatty acid shears, wood chemistry products such as light fatty acid fraction, light tall oil, synthetic fatty acids, etc. To improve the technological performance of flotation of various types of ores by fatty acid collectors, dispersant reagents are widely used, which are polar reagents such as alkyl sulfates, alkylarylsulfanates. There is a known method of flotation of non-sulfide ores, which includes grinding, pulping ore, introduction of a modifier, pulping, and a set of syringes, conditioning systems, pulping, syringes, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, pulping, and pulping. flotation in an alkaline environment 2. However, this method does not provide sufficiently high technological parameters, about The warmth of the pulp is 35-4 ° C, the reagents used are expensive. The purpose of the invention is to improve the technological performance of flotation using cheaper and more affordable reagents. The goal is achieved by the addition of phospholipids, which are derived from microbial fat, which is a by-product of the production of fodder yeast produced by the microbiological industry using petroleum hydrocarbons as a feedstock. The phosphonate is well soluble in water and its composition is approximately the same as the formula, CKjtpCOR RCOO-C-Hi 9 HI-O-P-OX where R, R are hydrophobic groups, X. is a hydrophilic component. Tables 1, 2 and 2 contain the composition and synthetic 6-chi | 1 "cic indicators of phospholipids, respectively.
