Description

В литейный канал 3, представл ющий собой полость, образованную между бандажом 1 и лентой 2, заливают расплавленный металл. Колесо кристаллизатора вращаетс , синхронно с ним перемещаетс  лента 2, котора  прижимаетс  к колесу посредством прижимного ролика 6, профиль которого соответствует профилю ленты. Дл  обеспечени  передвижени  ленты в определенном направлении и предотвращени  ее перекосов служат направл юш,ие 5 и специальные углублени  на бандаже колеса. Бандаж и .лента непрерывно охлаждаютс  водой, и по мере вращени  колеса металл кристаллизу-етс , лита  заготовка приобретает криволинейную поверхность, соответствующую фор|ме литейного канала.
