е. .квадраThe invention relates to computing and measuring technology, in particular, to analog functional converters. A converter of radiation intensity into an electrical signal is known that contains a radiation source, two photoreceivers included in the shoulders of a bridge circuit, a differential amplifier included in its diagonal and a recording node. Because of that. the inclusion of photoreceivers in this device does not reach full temperature stabilization, but the linear part of the transfer characteristic 1 increases. The closest technical solution to the proposed is an optoelectronic device containing two optocouplers connected to the adjacent shoulders of the bridge, a power source connected to one bridge diagonal, the source the signal is connected to the inputs of optocouplers and subtracting the output amplifier, the input of which is connected to another diaggsha bridge, with one optocoupler made in the form of a quad ratiary and the other in the form of a linear element {2}. A disadvantage of the known device is that the output characteristic varies only according to a quadratic law and in a narrow interval, and the device itself has a relatively complex structure on two optical lines. The purpose of the invention is to expand the class of reproducible power functions by increasing the degree of nonlinearity of the output characteristic and simplifying the device. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an optoelectronic device for raising to a power that contains a radiation source whose terminals are the input of the device, the first and second photodetectors, each of which are connected in series with a corresponding load resistor, the power source whose output is connected to another output of the first photodetector, and an amplifier, the INPUT of which is connected to the common output of the first photodetector and the corresponding load resistor, the output of the amplifier. is connected to another pin of the second Photoreceiver., nickname, the common terminal of the second Photoreceiver and the corresponding load resistor being the device output. The schematic diagram of the device is shown in the drawing. The device contains a radiation source 1, for example, an electronic diode, a first photodetector 2, for example, a photoresistor, a first load resistor 3, an amplifier 4, a second photodetector 5, for example a photoresistor, a second load resistor and power source 7. The input signal of the device is the current in the circuit or voltage at source 1 of radiation. The radiation flux emanating from the radiation source 1 simultaneously hits the sensitive layers of both photodetectors 2 and 5. The output signal of the photocoupler 2, taken from resistor 3, is fed to the input of amplifier 4, which has a high input resistance. The amplified signal of the photodetector 2 from the output of the amplifier 4 serves to power the circuit consisting of series-connected photo receivers 5 and its load resistor 6. The principle of operation of the functional converter is as follows. The output voltage of the photoreceiver 2, taken from the resistor 3, is defined as Pmt where is the voltage of the photoreceiver 2; RH-, the resistance of the resistor Rf is the resistance of the photodetector 2. Under the condition that the appropriate choice of the value of the resistance of the resistor 3 is made, the expression (1) can be rewritten in a simplified form - "" F Then the output voltage of the body 4 is determined as follows image .ScfnuT-g-where K yf is the gain of the voltage of the amplifier 4. The output voltage O is the amplitude of 4 is the supply voltage for the series circuit consisting of the photodetector 5 and the resistor b. In this case, the output voltage of the device, taken from the load resistance 6, is defined as ..and ...,. , (, j. Фа where is the resistance of the resistor (Pa is the resistance of the photodetector 5. Considering the LD condition and the outgrowth (3), we can express the expression (4) as follows RHI Kn2 (I - and -K E out. - VC Яф 5С pit It is known that the resistance of a photoresistor depends on the intensity of the affecting radiation flux according to a nonlinear law and this dependence is approximated with a sufficient accuracy by the power function e / f iff CO de f is the voltage across the photoresistor; Zf is the current flowing through the photoresistor; F is the intensity radiation flux; T and power exponents functions that approximate the current-voltage and light characteristics of the photoresistor, respectively; C is constant; as for most photoresisors working in normal mode, the expression (b) is recorded as -c Then for resistances of photodetectors 2 and 5 based on the expression ( 7) we can write: and p, are the exponents of the power functions approximating the light characteristics of the photodetectors 2 and 5, respectively. Substituting expression (8) into expression (5), we obtain 6X v .. v.-v This shows that the output voltage UB, the device is a function of glass with the degree (o6 + / i) of the intensity of the radiation flux. If you take into account that, for industrial resistance resistors, as a rule, the indexers are degrees oi and (b is less than or equal to one, then ot + p 2. This means that using a device with two photoreceivers, you can get power functions to the second degree, t .e. kvadra
