Description
(54) POLYMERBRTON MIXTURE
The invention relates to compositions of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of steel-polymer concrete structures or in the design of protective coatings from piece products. A polymer concrete mixture is known, including furfural-acetone monomer, benzenesulfonic acid and quartz-containing mineral filler flj. The closest to the proposed by the technical essence and achieved results is the composition of plastic concrete based on the composition, including (} urfurol-acetsg new monomer, benzenesulfonic acid and filler. The filler is 80-9% in the composition of the mixture, and the filler is a mixture of quartz sand and fluorspar in the ratio from 5: 1 to 7: 1 2. However, products based on these mixtures are characterized by insufficient strength indicators and reduced PIP; - "COST) S, the purpose of the invention is to increase the strength at zhatii, modulus and water resistance. This goal is achieved by the fact that the polymer mixture for manufacturing piece goods, including furfurol acetone monomer, benzenesulfonic acid and mineral filler, additionally contains a thermally activated additive - iron or copper oxide, or aluminum at the same ratio of components, May. %: F / rfural-acetone monomer 7-11 Benzenesulfonic acid 1.7-2.8 Mineral 86-91.2 media Thermo-activated iron oxide or copper oxide or aluminum additive. OD-O, 2 The active dispersion mixture is produced by the adsorption modification of a mineral filler with a specific surface; Tew 5OO-ZOOO in water solutions of sulfate salts of iron, mepa, aluminum, or by vibration-mixing with. the giroksioami of these metals in a quantitative ratio at the rate of 0.1-0.2 (in terms of metal oxide). After homogenization, the mineral filler is subjected to heat treatment at 5 ° C. In tab. 1 shows the proposed composition of the mixtures. Comparative properties of the used substances are given in table. 2. The manufacture of mixtures is carried out; as follows.

33.5 3.8 4.1 1 The dosed mineral fillers, activated with iron, copper and aluminum oxide, are combined with furfural-acetone. with a tone monomer for 1.5-2 minutes, then a benzenesulfonic acid melt is introduced. For the final curing, the mixtures are subjected to heat treatment according to the following conditions: curing at 4 ° -45 ° C for 3-3.5 hours, temperature rise to 60-7 ° C for 0.5-1 hour, isothermal heating at B-TO C for 6- 8 h, decrease in temperature 0.0 20-25 С for 3 h. Properties known and proposed mixtures are given in table. 3
