Description

(54) METHOD FOR PREPARING FAT ENDOPROTOSIS FOR MAMMA PLASTIC

Заготовленные предлагаемым способом протезы позвол ют ДОСТИГНУТЬ желаемый косметический эффект без осложнений и побочных  влений.this temperature condition, since the fatty tissue at the same time melts and thickens due to the filling of free spaces between the parts of the graft, displacing the liquid and changing the consistency of the fatty xenotissue. Observance of this temperature makes the graft plastic, but does not melt it. Moreover, its biological properties are fully preserved. Antigenicity is reduced due to some denaturalization of proteins. In addition, at this temperature, the antimicrobial activity of the antiseptic increases and its penetration into the tissue is accelerated. The prostheses prepared by the proposed method allow to achieve the desired cosmetic effect without complications and side effects.

Claims (1)

The method of preparing a fat endoprosthesis for mammaplasty, including the taking of a xenograft with p (following its freezing in hemispherical forms under aseptic conditions. In order to increase the plasticity of the material, the fatty tissue is placed in an anti-septum before freezing). 0.1% furagin for 1.0-1.5 h at 48-50 ° C.
