В смеситель 1 заливаетс  отдозированное количество воды при закрытых задвижках 10 и 13 и открытой задвижке 8. Включаетс  привод центробежного насоса 6. Вода через коническое днище 2 и всасывающий трубопровод 5 насосом 6 подаетс  по нагнетательному трубопроводу 7 с задвижкой 8 в цилиндрическую часть смесител  1 по касательной к образующим цилиндрической поверхности. Движение воды интенсифицируетс  в конической части смесител , встреча  на своем пути отбойные лопасти 4, наклоненные навстречу жидкостному потоку , и тщательно перемещиваетс .The mixer 1 is filled with a dosed amount of water with the valves 10 and 13 closed and the valve 8 open. После перемешивани  строительной смеси и получени  строительного раствора однородной суспензии необходимой в зкости, при непрерывно работающем насосе 6 задвижка 10 открываетс  и строительный раствор транспортируетс  по патрубку 9 дл  нанесени  на обрабатываемую поверхность с помощью распылительной насадки 15 магистрального трубопровода 14, соединенного со штуцером 11 патрубка 9 с помощью ниппел . Напор строительного раствора в магистральном трубопроводе 14 регулируетс  задвижкой 8 в зависимости от дальности подачи и степени распылени . После окончани  нанесени  строительного раствора или полного его израсходовани  в смесителе 1, цикл приготовлени  раствора повтор етс . По окончании процесса нанесени  строительного раствора или остановке привода насоса, все системы установки промываютс  водой через патрубок 12 с задвижкой 13 путем их подсоединени  к водопроводной сети.
