пThe invention relates to a light panel for instrument panels and can be used in aircraft dashboards, control panels, scales of radio receivers, pneumatic circuits, etc.
Studies have shown that such information display systems should be considered optimal, in which dynamic informational signals vital for a safe, flight are combined with aircraft controls.
При этом остальные светосигнализаторы приходитс выполн ть непосредственно в теле панели щитка управлени в виде динамически свет щихс символов и линий /1J.Light panels of control panels are known, containing light-illuminators made on incandescent lamps, toggle switches, push-button switches, switches, and the like. The tendency to increase the density of the information illuminators placed on the control panel leads to the expediency of combining a part of the illuminators with the push-buttons of the push-button switches. In this case, the remaining sounders should be performed directly in the body of the control panel in the form of dynamically lighted symbols and / 1J lines.
However, the placement of controls on the mimics of this board is not possible, which is the main disadvantage of this design.
A dashboard light panel is also known, having an opaque surface layer with inscriptions formed by perforations in this layer, illuminated from the back. The board is made in the form of a multi-layer assembly, having a transparent inner layer, coated on the outside with an opaque layer, with openings made in the form of information signals. On the other hand, there is a printing circuit for connecting the lamps used to illuminate the information windows in the outer layer of structure 2. A disadvantage of the indicated light panel of the dashboard is that the information density is low due to the use of a continuous inner transparent layer, which leads to to the illumination of adjacent information windows in the outer perforated layer of the structure. In addition, the use of a continuous multilayer assembly, made on the basis of a transparent panel made of organic glass, impairs heat removal from the printed circuit located on the back side with miniature light bulbs providing illumination of the information windows of the light display panel. This, in turn, limits the power and, therefore, The brightness characteristics of the applied light sources. The use of a multi-layer solid assembly, in which the furnace with the miniature incandescent lamps installed on it is located close to the transparent carrier panel, worsens the uniformity of the information eye illumination, since in this case the light sources are well visible in the form of bright spots. The purpose of the invention is to increase the diversity of heterogeneous, dynamically changing information. The goal is achieved by the fact that the display panel contains light filters installed in the openings of the panel on the front side and positioned with a gap in relation to the sources of illumination, and the panel is made of an opaque material. Light filters are made of light transparent compound. The drawing shows the device, a general view. The front panel 1 is made of aluminum USA-1. It has through windows, into which about one-third of the height the translucent compound is sealed from the outside 2. If necessary, this compound is colored yellow, green, red or any other color and acts as a light filter. . For a better view of the translucent compound with the panel body on the inner side of the milled figured window, a shaped recess 3 is made. 4 On the front side the panel is painted with several layers 4 of paint so that the lower layer is colored white, and the upper, outer layer - dark matt color, and both layers together provided a complete opacity of the coating. For the application of information, both layers of paint are opened on the engraving machine at the locations of the light filters, these places are made optically transparent. The engraving machine cutter is chosen so that a part of the future symbol (or line) is opened to have a flat section 5 and a side face 6 cut at an angle of 30-50. As a result, a white strip is visible on section 6, which allows the operator to see the outline of the image ). To improve the uniformity of light scattering over the entire plane of the filled translucent compound on the lower (inner) side, the light filter is made with a large number. small (on the order of I mm) hemispherical, conical or pyramidal protrusions 7. Small-sized light sources 8 are attached by any known method to printed circuit 9 and fused. Printed circuit 9 together with fixed light sources (for example, miniature incandescent bulbs) is attached to the back side of the front panel 1 so that the light sources 8 are placed inside the corresponding figured front panel windows 1, providing the necessary clearance between the light sources 8 and the internal the surface of the light filter 2. The optimum gap between the sources 8 and the inner surface of the light filter 2 to ensure a sufficient uniformity of illumination of the light filter is set in the order of 4-10 mm. . To improve the reflection of light, the inner side walls of the figured windows of the front panel 1 are painted with white paint 10; Window I1 in the front panel is intended for mounting control elements 12 (for example, toggle switches, push-button switches, etc.). The corresponding window is also in the printed circuit board.
The light board works in the following manner.
When the light source is turned on, the light flux emitted by the light spreads through the entire volume of the figured window and gets (both direct light and reflected from the side walls) on the inner surface of the light filter 2, passes through the light filter and illuminates the revealed surface of the reflection (symbol or line) 5. As a result, the operator sees the light of an image that corresponds to the included light sources. Since the adjacent figured windows are isolated from each other by the opaque walls of the front panel 1, there is no mutual illumination (interference with the transmission of independent information). This design feature makes it possible to increase the density of reflected dynamically varying independent information.
Плотное прилегание печатной платы 9 к металлической лицевой панели 1 , а также размещение источника 8 света внутри фигурного окна с металлическими стенками обеспечивает эффективный отвод тепла от источников света на наружную поверхность лицевой панели и рассеивание этого тепла в окружающем пространстве .The tight fit of the printed circuit board 9 to the metal front panel 1, as well as the placement of the light source 8 inside the figured window with metal walls, ensures effective heat removal from the light sources to the outer surface of the front panel and dissipation of this heat in the surrounding space.
6.When the light source is turned off, the light of the image (symbol or line) goes out, and the operator sees the outline of the image on the white edge 6.
Использование предлагаемого уст-ройства позвол ет заменить довольно сложные сигнализаторы с пр моугольным полем свечени «типа ТС-3 и ТС-5The use of the proposed device makes it possible to replace rather complicated signaling devices with a rectangular luminescence field of the “TC-3 and TC-5” type.
5 этом случае примерно в п ть раз уменьшаетс количество установленных деталей , примерно во столько же раз уменьшаетс трудоемкость, а значит и стоимость информационной панели, значительно улучшаетс воспри тие отображаемой информации и, главное,on compact any complex shapes with light lines and symbols. In this case, the number of installed parts is reduced by approximately five times, the labor intensity and hence the cost of the information panel are reduced by the same amount, the perception of the displayed information is significantly improved and, most importantly,
Формула изобретени the density of the information placed on the light panel increases. Formula of the invention
