Claims (2)

НАПОЛНЕННЫХ ЭПОКСИДНЫХ КОМПАУНДОВ термостатируемом и вакуумируемом корпусе 13, а вал 14 привода мешалки проходит по центральной оси емкости с отвердителем,выполненной в ви де кольцевого цилиндрического сосуда, концентрично расположенного в емкое ти 2 дл  смолы. Заполнение емкости смолой производитс  через загрузочный люк 15, а наполнитель подаетс  через клапан 16. Заливка отвердител  в емкость 1 осуществл етс  через патрубок 17. Все указанные узлы размещены внутри корпуса 18, а блот ки силовой и регулирующей электроник расположены в  чейках 19. Наполнител загружаетс  в емкость 3 через люк 20 Устройство работает следующим образом. Через патрубок 17 загружаетс  отвердитель в емкость 1. При загрузке ВОЗДУХ из емкости 1 вытесн етс  в атмосферу через трубку, пропущенную внутри патрубка 17 (на чертеже не показана). Смола загружаетс  в емкость 2 через люк 15, а наполнитель - в емкость 3 через люк 20. Включаетс  система обогрева, в кото рой нагревательные элементы 11 распо ложены в жидком теплоносителе. При достижении рабочей температуры вклю чаетс  вакуумный насос, все емкости с исходными компонентами вакуумируютс  до заданного остаточного давле ни . Затем включаетс  привод мешалки , наполнитель из емкости 3 подаетс  в емкость 2 через клапан 16, масса перемешиваетс  до полной гомо генизации. Гомогенизированную массу из емкости 2 и отвердитель из емкости 1 с помощью насосов 6 и 7 через проточный смеситель направл ют в заливочную камеру с формами. Использование предлагаемого изобретени  позвол ет существенно упростить устройство дл  приготовлени  наполненных эпоксидных компаундов, уменьшить его габаритные размеры и повысить его экономичность. Формула изобретени  Устройство дл  приготовлени  наполненнцх эпоксидных компаундов, содержащее емкости дл  отвердител  смолы и наполнител , смеситель, мешалку с приводом, заливочную камеру и систему термостатировани  каждого компонента, отличающее с   тем, что, с целью уменьшени  габаритов устройства и упрощени  конструкции, емкости дл  отвердител , смолы, наполнител  и мешалка размещены в едином термостатируемом корпусе , причем емкость дл  отвердител  выполнена в. виде установленного в нижней части корпуса кольцевого цилиндрического сосуда, по центральной оси которого смонтирован вал привода мещалки, размещенной в емкости дл  смолы.
