The invention relates to a dosing technology and can be used in devices for the automatic feeding of bulk materials with a specified weight flow. Continuous dosing weighers are known in which the weight flow, determined by the receiver, multiplying the signals of the velocity and force transducers, is compared with the predetermined flow rate, and by the value and sign of the error, a control signal is generated at the same time to the controllable drives pite-tel, and gro; i j. The closest to the proposed technical essence is a bulk material dispenser containing a feeder with a drive, a group of device with a drive, converters of force and belt speed, which are connected to the inputs of the calculator, the output of which is connected to the controller with the drive of the feeder and the load carrier a little device 2j with the disadvantage of the known devices is the lack of protection against the bulk material-load receptor and, consequently, the dispenser as a whole, at about installation of a tape of a cargo reception device due to slippage; or due to dynamic latency in transient conditions. Especially dangerous is the collapse of the load-carrying device in the start-up modes, which is associated with a delay in the moment of switching on the drive of the load-carrying device. These factors reduce the reliability of the dispenser. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the dispenser. The goal is achieved by introducing an automatic locking circuit for the feeder into the controller that contains a selector unit, a comparator, a setpoint adjuster and a constant multiplication unit, the input of which is connected to the output of the drive speed converter of the load receiving device, and its output is connected to one of the the inputs of the comparator, to the second input of which the task is connected. The output of the comparator and the output of the corrective drive unit of the feeder are connected to the inputs of the block n. lecturing, the output of which is connected to the input of the actuator actuator actuator. In this case, the other specifying inputs of the corrective block are combined and connected to the output of the controller. The drawing shows the scheme of the proposed dispenser. The continuous dispenser contains a feeder 1 with a drive 2, which consists of an engine 3, an actuator 4, a corrective unit 5 and a speed converter 6, a load-carrying device with an actuator 8 consisting of the engine 9, an actuator 10, a corrective unit 11 and a converter 12 speeds, power and speed converters 13 and 14, capacity calculation unit 15, controller 16, capacity setter 17 and automatic locking circuit of the feeder, consisting of unit 18 multiplying by a constant factor ient, the comparator 19, the set point 20 levels and actuation unit 21 selektirovani. The dispenser works in the following way. In the initial state, the desired response level of the comparator 19 is set at the setting unit 20. There is no signal at the output of the setting setting 17. When the performance knob 17 is turned on, its signal goes to the first input of the controller 16, during which, in accordance with the algorithm embedded in it, an increasing control signal appears. The control signal from the regulator 16 is fed to the driver inputs of the corrective units 5 and 11. The corrective unit 11, at the command of the controller 16, through the actuator 10 accelerates the motor 9 and the tape of the load receptor 7 to the speed at which the signal from the inverter 12 compares With a signal arriving at the driver input of the correction unit 11 from the controller 16. As the signal at the output of converter 12 rises to a value equal to the signal at the output of master 20, the comparator 19 is triggered and at its output it is normalized In terms of amplitude, the signal that arrives at the first input of the selection unit 21, which is configured to select the smallest signal arriving at its inputs from the comparator 19 and the correcting device 5J. Amplitude.adjustment of the comparator signal. 19 and taking into account the adjustment of the adjustment unit 5, the starting time of the engine 3 is determined by the signal from the correction unit 5 through the signal selection unit 21 and the actuator 4. This ensures the rigidity of the condition that the drive 2 of the feeder 1 is activated while the load receiving device 8 is working. After switching on the drive 2, the feeder 1 starts feeding material to the load receptor 7, the mass of which acts on the force transducer 13. The signals at the output of the converters 13 and 14 are multiplied in the capacity calculation unit 15 and fed to the controller 16 in the form of a signal proportional to the actual performance of the load receptor 7. In controller 16, the current performance signal is compared with the specified one and, if there is an error, the controller 16 is dependent on An error sign increases or decreases the control signal at the output. In the established mode of operation at any level of the control signal at the output of the correction unit 5, the signal selection block 21 provides switching of the correction block 5 with the actuator 4. In the overshoot modes, at times coinciding with the moment the drive 8 of the load receptor 7 stops, the blocking circuit , performed on the constant multiplication unit 18, the comparator 19 and the signal selection unit, ensures that the drive 2 of the feeder -1 stops. When you stop the drive 8 and the tape load of the device 7, the signal
