Description

(54) METHOD OF QUANTITATIVE. DEFINITION OF PROTEIN IN SAMPLES

Концентрацию белка в ткани вы ражают в мг/г сырого веса.slowly removed, perfused on ice with distilled water, blotted with paper filters, thoroughly cleaned of connective tissue and weighed. Tumor tissues are taken in the logarithmic growth phase, primarily from the peripheral areas, excluding the possibility of necrotic tissue getting into the sample. In the experiments using a 33% freshly prepared homogenate (at the rate of 1: 2 weight per volume). The protein concentration in the tissue is expressed in mg / g wet weight.

Различи  между средними арифметическими (М; расценивают как достоверные при значении Р ,05.The results of the experiments are subjected to static treatment by the method of Monzaviciute-Eringen using the Mondengauer factor. Differences between arithmetic averages (M; are regarded as reliable with the value of Р, 05.

The experimental data are presented in the table (protein concentration in the liver tissue of regenerating, malignant, intact animals and in the tissue of malignant hepatomas).

Эти результаты показывают, что повышенное содержание белка характерно дл  тканей с усиленной клеточной пролиферацией как в норме (регенерирующа  печень), так и при патологий (малигнизирующа  печень, злокачественные renaTO2vffij) .The table establishes a high growth rate of a probable increase in the protein content in the tissue of the malignant and regenerating liver, as well as in the tissue of all investigated malignant hepatos, except for the strain H. 46 hepatoma, in comparison with the corresponding control tissues. The content of protein in the liver tissue of animals-tumor carriers with strains hepatitis G-22, G-60 and T-48 was also increased. These results show that an increased protein content is characteristic of tissues with enhanced cell proliferation, both in normal conditions (regenerating liver) and in pathologies (malignant liver, malignant renaTO2vffij).

The proposed method allows to significantly reduce the analysis time (by 2-3 hours), makes it less time-consuming and more accurate, and also determines its effective use in the study of samples with a high content of lipids and polysaccharides.
