The invention relates to hydromechanization of production processes and can be used in the mining, construction and other industries of the industry for performing work both in air and under water. A hydromonitor is known, comprising a barrel with a water supply pipe, a nozzle, a support and a control mechanism | 1. However, the known hydromonitor does not provide a sufficiently long-range jet type, since the quality of this jet deteriorates sharply as it is removed from the nozzle due to air resistance. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a hydromonitor, including a barrel with a damper and a nozzle 2. The disadvantage of this hydromonitor is that it is impossible to provide the necessary jet range. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the jet range. The goal is achieved by the fact that the hydromonitor is equipped with an air blower and a frame of longitudinal and transverse tubes enclosing the barrel and nozzle. In this case, the longitudinal tubes are located along the cylindrical surface and have openings along their entire length, with the axes of the openings directed in one direction tangential to the cylindrical surface, and the inner cavities of the tubes are interconnected and with the air blower. FIG. 1 shows a hydromonitor - for installation, general view; in fig. 2, section A-A in FIG. 1, in FIG. 3 section bb in fig. 1. The hydromonitor includes a barrel 1 with a nozzle 2, a frame 3 of transversal: support tubes 4, a transverse coupling tube 5 and longitudinal tubes 6. There are holes in the side wall of each longitudinal tube 6 through the hose or tube 8 and valve 9 communicates with the air blower 10. The device works as follows. The working fluid, flowing through the barrel 1 and the nozzle 2, is formed into the working jet. Through the internal cavity of the tubes 4-6 of the frame 3 air flows, which of the tubes 6 flows into the atmosphere through the holes 7 in the form
10.spinning trickles. These swirling streams are directed in one direction tangentially to the cylindrical surface describing the longitudinal tubes 6. The air streams cause the surrounding working stream, the air, to rotate, resulting in a vacuum zone in the path of this working stream. As a result, the working jet experiences less air resistance, maintains compactness over a longer path length, and the range of the jet monitor increases significantly. At the same time, the air is swirled in a trickle. The streams are supplied to the tubular frame through a hose or pipe 8 and a valve 9 from the blower 10.
