Devices for measuring constant and alternating magnetic fields are known, which contain two galvanomagnetic transducers, such as Hall sensors, introduced into the measured field and installed at a certain distance from each other, power sources of current and recording devices of the voltmeter type 1. These devices have inherent gradient measurement errors magnetic field induction due to the non-identity of both converters and their operation modes. It is also known a device containing a field magnetotransistor with a metal-dielectric-semiconductor-dielectric-metal (MDPDM) structure, a DC power supply source, a pulsed control voltage generator, and C2 output recorders. However, this device informs. Chi about the average measured magnetic field induction and the value of its gr. sensor is recorded sequentially at different points in time. Therefore, when measuring in variable magnetic fields, due to the asynchronous operation mode of both measurement channels, there is a dynamic measurement error. In addition, this device when working in. temperature range there is an error due to temperature drift of the output zero level of the magnetotransistor. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for measuring a magnetic field containing a field magnetotransistor with a metal-dielectric-semiconductor-dielectric-metal structure, a harmonic control voltage generator and two recording devices, has two band-pass filters, a second harmonic control generator voltage, whose frequency is different from the frequency of the first generator of the control voltage, the adder and subtraction unit, the outputs of both generators through the adder connected to the first field The primary electrode of the magnetotransistor and through the subtractive unit are connected to the second field electrode of the magnetotransistor, and the inputs of the recording devices are connected to the magnetotransistor through the corresponding bandpass filters, the first of which is tuned to the frequency of the second control voltage generator. The drawing shows a functional diagram of the device. The device consists of a field mini-transistor 1 with a MDPD structure with field electrodes 2 and 3 connected to a constant source 4. power supply, the first 5 and the second-most harmonic control voltage generators, the adder 7, the subtractor block 8, the first 9 and second 10 band-pass filters, and also the recording devices 11 and 12 of the AC voltage amplitude meter. The outputs of the generators 5 and 6 through the adder 7 are connected to the field electrode 2 of the magnetotransistor 1, and also through the subtractive unit 8 are connected to the field electrode 3 of the magnetotransistor 1. The connection point of the source 4 of the power supply current and the magnetotransistor 1 is connected through a band-pass filter 9 to the recording device 11 and through a band-pass filter 10 with registered with the device 12. The device operates as follows. The frequencies ff and ff of the harmonic voltages of the generators 5 and 6 are set from the condition Q where ff} is the upper frequency The fundamental frequency of the spectrum slowly changes to zero voltage at the inputs of filters 9 and 10, ff is the upper limit frequency of the field galvano-magnetoradiation-amplification (PGMR) or magneto gradient (MG) effects. Filter 9 is tuned to frequency fy, and filter 10 is tuned to frequency f, and the polys of the transmitted filter frequencies do not overlap. The control voltage U (t) applied to the field electrode 2 of the magnetotransistor 1 has the form (i ytj-Vycosafgt + U cosuJft, and the control voltage Uj (t) applied to the field electrode 3 is expressed by the Formula Uj {t ) Ug cos 0 cos, where Uj, U are the amplitude values of harmonic voltages with frequencies: f, fg. In the range of weak magnetic fields with an induction value of 0-100 mg and its gradient is o-gc, with values of 1) B, magnetotransistor 1 is described with an accuracy of i; 1% by the expression 4iyi JB a 4 t I r jrad6-t (ro (cH ((. (Where is the output voltage of the magnetotransistor 1; / g is the magnetosensitivity of the magnetotransistor 1, mT B is the average width of the magnetotransistor 1 of the magnetic induction of the measured field (r1 - o1cG0 gradient magnetosensitivity of a magnetotransistor); (p1 & transverse gradient of induction of the measured magnetic field. The output signal of the magnetotransistor 1, according to expression (1), has the form .a - 5 -2 s " 5t - () From expression (2) it follows that in the output spectrum of the magnetotransistor 1 and There are two informational harmonic components, the amplitudes of which are proportional to the measured values of B and ix Эти c). These components are separated using filters 9 and 1. Thus, recording devices 11 and 12 synchronously measure the measured values {gad and B. At variables No. 4B (t) and B (t) the required value of the dynamic error of both synchronous measuring channels is set by the appropriate choice of the width after the effectively transmitted frequencies of the band-pass filters 9 and 10. The error due to the zero drift is excluded a, since the spectra of the useful signals and the zero signal on. the output of the magnetotransistor 1 does not overlap. Therefore, in the proposed device, synchronous operation of the measurement channels of a constant or variable magnetic induction and its gradient is ensured and the accuracy is increased when measuring two parameters of the magnetic field. Germanium magnetotransistors provide volt magnetosensitivity 100j volt gradient magnetosensitivity pDao - and the gradient frequency fj. 20 kHz. Use of the invented. the shadow allows you to build fast response measurement settings for monitoring variable inhomogeneous magnetic fields using two parameters for the average induction and its gradient - using a single direct semiconductor measuring transducer-magnetistor with a MISDP structure. A distinctive feature of the invention is the synchronous operation of both measuring channels and increased accuracy.
