Description

Результаты диффузионного насыщени  представлены в табл. Дл  изготовлени  предложенной смеси использовались: технический карбид бора ГОСТ 3641-71, фтористый натрий марки «Ч ГОСТ 4463- 66, пылевидный кварц марки КП-Ш. При .насыщении из известного состава (55% карбид бора, 22% перефилит, 17% огарок, 6% фтористый нат.рий) при темлературе 900° С в течение 4 ч ка стали 45 формируетс  боросилицированный слой толщиной 155 мкм. Из приведенных результатов следует, что (Насыщающа  способность предложенного состава в 1,3-1,5 раза выще, чем известного .
